If you have not yet received the E5450 /w "32GB" which really ended up being 16GB b/c I'm a dumb wet behind the ears Yeti, I've got to break some news to you... why don't you have a seat..... as other's have said, this is called the 'fuck you' email. You're not going to get that server. I had 5 units crap on me after getting the OS on it and put on the network /w our deploy scripts. I know it sucks and you waited ect. but you'll get your money back and you can pick up another special of your liking.
As for the 32GB to 16GB memory fuck up.... completely my bad. Two options:
A) full refund - no hard feelings.
We'll discount the server down to $8.50/m vs. the $9.69 we posted it for. This means we'll refund you $7.14 now, and reset your billing to bill $51 in 6 months.
Group buy - We didn't get the 15 orders so we lost that gear. But we dug up this alternative: They will have the following:
