Most sane hosting providers wouldn't provide information to a foreign country that they don't have a presence in, and a foreign country most definitely won't go after foreign servers for hosting FiveM

Is this really a copyright issues though? What you are hosting is not copyright content the GTA FiveM software is not coded by Rockstar games.
