just use cloudflare, he.net dns, etc.

If this is just for some kind of bulk storage, then you don't need to DNS round robin: just have one server 301 redirect to others as load balancing.

I still have a free outlook hosted domain which is no longer offered by Microsoft anymore, but I do not have DNS records (like mx records, spf, dkim etc) and can't seem to find it anywhere.
