@LiteServer fresh HDD-1G with Debian 11 template should have 9GB used space?

what is it? "maximal" template or Cyberpunk 2077 preinstalled? :D

Thanks for noting this. We'll check this out

@LiteServer is it fixed? can I reinstall now?

    Not yet I think.
Yesterday I reinstalled my server and still got 9GB used.
So I decided to use Debian 10 template and upgrade to Debian 11 instead. :|

@LiteServer any progress with fixing 9GB size of Debian 11 template for HDD plans (BF/CM promo), what you promised to check almost A MONTH AGO???

Thanks for the great deal @LiteServer Went ahead and bought #NVME-2G after the positive experience with my storage box.

    Just some questions:
    1. Asia/Europe network speed is great, North/South America... not so much. I'm satisfied with the former considering the price and that it's >400 mbps, but I consistently get <100 mbps for the Americas whenever I test. Will this be better in the future?
    2. Any estimate on when internal IPs will be available? The storage box is understandably slow, so I'm mounting it on my new NVME VPS, but I don't like how these connections are part of the bandwidth count. I'm sure this has been a long time request and you're aware of it, but I just can't really use it for much except backup when it's IOPs throttled and even logging in takes time.
    3. Any possibility for the return of the SSD cached storage series? ;)

  • Out of curiosity, before I go opening a ticket, has anyone else here who has purchased one of the storage deals noticed severely limited CPU / IO or large amounts of IO wait when trying to do many tasks? The most concerning is just copying a 10GB folder on the filesystem will shoot IO wait to 80% and iotop will show IO stays under 20M/sec read/write during the process. Not sure if this is related to not enough CPU time or just available IO in general, however, I never see any 'steal' in the VM so it is hard to be sure. I am also wondering if this is more so growing pains from the sale and others have seen it settle out or if this is common for the product line over time?

    Cheers!
