An update on this:
Any existing users in the BHS-1, CHI-1, CHI-2 or FOX-1 locations can also request moving to the FOX-2 location via a Support Ticket, and we will gladly create your account (as this location takes all the feedback we've received and puts it into action.)
Please check your tickets, as I replied therein.
As of the issue, @GoodHosting seem to managed to resolve it, giving me access to another panel / node. I wish it didn't have to involve unanswered for days tickets, pm's and a drama thread I opened in LET...

I don't mind the thread being open if anyone else has issues they need to post about, but now that I've caught up with all the mess; a Support Ticket (or our Phone Support, which is included in all plans) can be used.

I would find it hard to hate on GoodHosting: it's an unpretentious operation, mistakes are made, then acknowledged -- something very human about it. It's a place where time moves more slowly, at a more human pace. If you're in a hurry, it may not be the best choice, but otherwise ...
