2 hours downtime in 2 years, that's more than acceptable. Especially when it's not host fault.
Seems there was a power outage in the datacenter (all our EDIS host nodes have near to zero uptime).
My packets drop at 217.171.46.241
Seems this has taken rage4 website offline completely as well. :-(

Prometeus is down for the first time in 750 days (except 10 minutes once) on my node.
Rage4 multi-datacenter DNS works. Only Rage4 website is down.
It seems there was some power outage in their datacenter. This means there are tons of servers doing fsck at the moment. Give them some time.
Seems power was lost on A+B on a large scale, EDIS Italy seems to be down as well due to it.
If it is any longer we move the site to a secondary server, but for now it's waiting.
My educated guess is that biz services are up atm, while the routing problem is still present for other servers. One more reason to buy a biz prometeus vps
Forgive me if I'm wrong, but was iwstack a HA service? (Legitimate question. I don't use them so I don't know).
@jonchun it is HA, which doesn't help if the electricity in the whole datacenter is out. Ha guards against single server failure, not against datacenter-wide power outages.
Biz services are/were not reachable either.
I understand that. No UPS though? Not even for their main site? (let alone their HA offerings)
I took their iwstack for its HA. Guys, Is this how their support works. I would be happy if I could at least get a status update from them
My guess is that there is an UPS, and the UPS died and caused the outage. I don't have any first hand info though, just guessing.
My Xen power is up now.
Ouch. Some pretty severe downtime if it burned through the UPS as well

Yup, status or even estimated time for the downtime, my business completely stopped
