Awesome, now getting an A+ https://www.ssllabs.com/ssltest/analyze.html?d=romanrm.hk
This doesn't give multi-domain certs, though:
Also the original offer of free multi-domain certs https://buy.wosign.com/DVSSL.html
is no longer free, the price returned to 888 RMB.
Both of the things which I assumed, became true:
1) the offer was temporary
2) the SHA1 issue was to be fixed soon
so it was the right decision to get certs for all imaginable combinations of domains and subdomains I might want to use over the next 2 years.
1) valid for 2 years and not just one
2) easier (now) ordering process
3) do not have to submit scans of any documents
I've not submitted any docs to startcom, and ordering is really easy... so far i've got about 6 certs from startssl..
So the only plus is the extra year for me?
Not having to bother all the time with the f*cking browser based client certificate to even login into the control panel, is a huge plus on its own for me.
One more difference is that StartCom forbids to use the free certs for commercial purposes. This one doesn't have such restrictions.
Also you don't need to create a new certificate each time. You can put up to 100 domain in one certificate and be done with it.
is no longer free, the price returned to 888 RMB.
https://buy.wosign.com/freessl.html still works for multiple domains.
And did you click the "order" button? It just redirects to the new English ordering page.
Looks like not anymore.
Which certificate are you using? Starssl or Wosign?
Well then,
Thank god I was prepared

I just tried again with 100 domains, and it still works.
Have any of you been issued a cert from the new English site? They don't have the "no-www" checkbox anymore, so I'm wondering whether it's still automatic (or whether you now have to manually list them as separate domains.)
Working for me here too
Hangs at " Please finish step 1 first . " for me - No way to continue.
Last time I checked StartSSL did not call themselves "CA 沃通免费".
Did you order a multi-domain cert from the new English site?
No, I did order a multi-domain cert from the original Chinese page.
But the English page looks the same and also allows you to enter multiple domains. So, that might work too, but I didn't try that one.
How long does it take to issue a cert?
Yes.
I just added multiple (sub)domains in the box even though it said one domain only.
anyone here created the csr by himself and can tell if this will work correctly via setting alt_names in openssl.cnf? or did all of you let just wosign issue a private key and csr?
I generated the cert via my own CSR just fine, back when it was on a Chinese-only website.
The only snag I hit, is that they require the countryName (actually a code: US, RU, CN etc) field to be present in the CSR, whereas StartSSL and CACert managed just fine without that.
Also added countryName_default set to the same value, not sure if this is important.
thx, just tried it, and as I've nothing to hide I usually fill in country/state/city correctly ;-)
will see if it works out, got message that they probably will issue this on monday morning...
I used a CSR with just the main domain in it, and added the rest using their form.
ok.. thanks for poiting out!
maybe I tought of it the wrong way... as it should not be possible to alter a CSR, they probably are only getting the public key out of it and take the per form listed domains anyways.
BTW: got my cert issued already... yet have to install and try out ;-)
Link?

They have changed the text on the English page, it no longer says "ONE domain only" (but you could still enter 100), it now "officially" accepts up to 100 domains: https://buy.wosign.com/free/FreeSSL.html
The did that about 4 days ago.
Anyone using it on ISS/Windows 2012 server?
I got the security warning on Android devices using Chrome / built-in internet browsers few days ago. It worked before, but right now doesn't work.
Wow, their supporters helped me to fix the problem. Really appreciated for the free SSL
Nice to hear, maybe post what the problem was, if it might be useful for someone.
I got my new certificate that supports few more domains, and they also changed few settings in IIS that I don't remember.
