  You mention the 1 Ghz cpu requirement then you seem to be talking about XEN maybe. But on the other hand open VZ would do the job as long as you know how to install your stuff. As for that pricing you won't find a managed vps and may hardly even find unmanaged XEN vps.

  I would suggest you go with shared hosting. Why all the hassle if you know what I mean.

  FreeVPS.us is a post2host though isn't it? Or that's what I thought...
