I was getting a Youtube ad about CloudAtCost 2.0, with a better network and faster drives, so I thought, why not! The VPS runs fine now :-)

if you have over 30 domains and using cloudflare dns service. is it normal when
you reinstall OS and have a new IP :D ?

It isn't normal, but probably it's not a bug in the panel.
