BlueVM – Unacknowledged and wrong payments charged for already cancelled services. Beware of BlueVM!

I do not understand what the problem is.
Everything was settled, BlueVM said will refund (which is the normal course of action even if the customer paid by mistake, at most retaining processing fees). The issue would have died out, everyone agreed OP was at fault, people reading here would have learned a lesson. Period.
Since the promised refund did not happen (if we are to believe the guy), then there is a serious issue some place, and, from customer's fault, this becomes both are at fault.
If the law requires VolksWagen to repair the car, minus the transportation cost, say, then they should do it, no contract can be against the law, and the law requires any merchant to return the money someone sent by mistake, deducting at most the processing fees.
How long does it take Paypal to process? 21 days? 45 days? 100 days? A year? Forever?
You really make me laugh. Drinking much?
Look at mpkossen at his best doing his job – to protect and shade ColoCrossing ScamHosts. @mpkossen It’s funny that you have chosen to reply after so long and that also to a comment which has already lost its significance. Your reply has no meaning and makes no sense. It just cries how pathetic you really are and is a poor attempt to divert the attention from the current issues.
I have already admitted my mistake long back. It’s time you stop being a spineless chicken and admit that ColoCrossing Hosts like @BlueVM are scammers and just use LET and LEB to scam unsuspecting customers and your job is to cover up for them.
Apologize to the community for what? For wanting to make people aware of my mistakes and warn them about not repeating my mistakes, for wanting to make them aware of BlueVM’s true colors and their pathetic services? I don’t think so. You are the one who should apologize to the community for being such a pathetic and dishonest administrator and should be ashamed of yourself for promoting and posting BlueVM offers at LowEndBox, despite knowing the quality of their services. You never deserved and never earned your position, it was just handed over to you by ColoCrossing and are paid for to promote and to cover up for their pathetic and miserable practices and scams.
I am not here to use LET as a BlueVM HelpDesk. I have already opened a support ticket at BlueVM for that. This argument doesn’t even make any sense and just shows your incompetence. I am here to make people aware about BlueVM.
Can you explain how LowEndTalk is to be used? As a hoarding board for ColoCrossing Hosts to scam people and sell their pathetic services? You are making a joke of yourself. Your comments are as spineless as you are and cry out your weakness and incompetence.
I waited for almost 21 working days for my rightful refund from OVH, when they denied services to non-french people after i made the payment. And in this case, you have made an unauthorised payment to someone, and simply dont understand that mistake is YOURS and YOURS only. As many providers do here, your money must be given as account credit and need not be refunded at all. @BlueVM generally isnt too strict about their TOS, and that doesnt mean he has to instantly turn the bucket for your mistake. If you cant be patient for their accounting side to process your refund, talk to your mirror. LowEndTalk has no clue/reason/responsibility/watever to support you IMHO
Generally these type of special refund requests, should be validated via fraud department and then refunded ( if applicable) via the same means of payment to avoid {insert-random-money-laundering-trick} issues.
I never expected BlueVM to refund my money. Such things are expected of decent and honest providers and and not of ScamHosts like @BlueVM. I just wanted to make people aware of my mistakes and warn them not to repeat my mistakes and make them aware of BlueVM and their pathetic services. As I said, stay away from these scammers, you’ll regret it. They are soon to be dead pooled. And you can even see the true colors of staff members like @mpkossen. Not that people aren’t aware of these facts, but it’s nice to see the scammers flash themselves in the public.
I have 6 BlueVM VPS's, aside from their slow support it's all good.
Just my two cents.
If someone is color blind, that must be you Sir. too many "true color" in one comment.
I agree with @Stacy. Apart from slow support, they are all good
If you act a baby, you get treated like a baby. If you act like a civil human being, then you get treated like one. So which one are you acting like in this thread? I'll post my opinion that you are acting like a BABY! So when is the next diaper change and feeding time?
I’ll just talk to Paypal. I have been patient enough. If you pay attention, it’s more than 45 days since the transactions and more than 3 weeks since I opened the support ticket and the refund was promised. I never expected BlueVM to refund my money. I just told them to make their stance clear. They promised me a refund. If they had no intention of refunding the money, they shouldn’t have lied to me in the support ticket and here in this thread. They should have just told the truth instead of lies and false promises. I know one thing for sure; BlueVM never had any intension of refunding the money, they just wanted to beat around the bush and wait for me to lose interest in this.
Have fun with paypal, and try not to repeat yourself again and again like a pathetic parrot. Good luck.
According to BlueVM, the refund queue is processed every Friday. And the refund they promised was supposed to be processed 2 weeks back. I have been nice and civil enough and waited long enough for BlueVM to process my refund. One thing I know for sure, BlueVM has/had no intention of refunding the money. And BlueVM deserves all the bashing, it’s the truth and they themselves are responsible for it. If hosts provide quality services, they’ll be praised and respected; and if they screw their customers, they will be damned too.
You must be one of those lucky few like @Stacy for whom everything has been fine and a dream come true at BlueVM. I and many others weren’t so lucky to get such stellar performance from BlueVM and have horrible experiences with them. Their account credits are of no value given their reputation and the quality of their services. I have had enough, I don’t want to suffer anymore.
I will. I have to repeat myself because you are too slow to pay attention and grasp the details.
But, you are making US suffer with the continuing bitching about how they didnt refund you. Blah blah blah
No one is asking you to pay attention to this thread. If interested, read; if not, just move on. Nobody is forcing you.
Look who's acting like a BABY now! It's time for your diaper change. Popcorns are over!
Really?!
Refunds are processed on the 5th of every month.
I don't see how impatience on your part automatically means we're scamming on our part.
What happened to the Paypal dispute? If you filed a dispute I believe 30 days will be given for them to respond and if they don't, the case will be in favor of you. Make sure that you go to your Paypal account and cancel the recurring payment or something to BlueVM. I think it's found in the Profile tab on Paypal.
Paypal will not decide such a dispute in the payer's favor since he authorized the payment by creating the subscription.
This is officially the most boring thread on the internet right now.
I refuse to be treated like this by anybody, so I've closed this thread and have banned @cloudjumper for one week for abuse.
If there's any criticism towards BlueVM that needs to be discussed, feel free to open a new thread where appropriate.
