You can request student discount (and therefore access to GH Student Developer Pack) by providing your student ID on education.github.com.

EDIT: According to http://lowendtalk.com/discussion/comment/755209/#Comment_755209 and various other posters, DO seems to have fixed the loophole, you can now only apply one coupon.

Nope, these are retailmont codes and nowhere it says you can only use one. This has nothing to do with the student pack.

Just sent my college ID card as proof. I am from India, lets see if they would accept it.
Wow thanks to this thread I got 135USD DO credit including the previous 25USD core OS coupon. Now if I get accepted in the github education program I would have 235USD of credit. I ll probably leave LET for 47 months and get into serious development.
