Hmm, strange, when you get your code from Student Developer Pack it states
"You can redeem your offer code using the link above, even if you have previously redeemed a different DigitalOcean promotional offer"

You can't (i.e. the website doesn't let you), but you can send them a ticket and they will add the 100$ manually, even if you've already used a promo code somewhen in the past.
