I live in Netherlands so if any Dutchies could help me please. What do Dutch schools have and I can ask to make a picture of to send it to Github? Also do they allow if I censor my last name or does it have to be fully complete?
They have blocked the loophole, you can either email their Customer Service and hope for some luck (most likely they will say no) or just register a new account for each coupon you have.

I don't have a university/college email, but sent my student ID 24h ago, still no email. This means I got rejected or something ?
It takes 2-3 day to get it. or Just send en email there: [email protected] and you get it almost instantly

I submitted my ID 3 days back and still never got an email from them. I just emailed at the address you provided. Lets see if they reply back.
i used a californiacolege edu email and got my account flagged, had to contact github support to get the flag removed

Never use californiacollege email in DO/GitHub and use the coupon wisely. Lastly, prepare for account verification especially for users who entered multiple coupons.
