i checked my interventions of each Windows8.1 crash on the D425 they keep saying they replaced components as well but I am unsure of which components.
I still not got my server in BHS, the staff said he can help modify the datacenter to France, sigh
Can anyone tell me, when I got the server, can I know the cpu model before I install os? because I'll can't request refund once I've installed it.
edit: actually yes you can see it but you wont be able to request a refund once they provision you the server not the actual install no? You can see it when you put your server in rescue pro and login via web.
it seems you can request a refund within 14 days of server delivery date if the server not have been installed with OS.

Does it display server specs in the panel?
I don't know, because I have not got the server, I'm considering if change to France since BHS have no stock.
If your server ever gets provisioned check the panel first before installing. If you don't install you can request a refund.

@hotsnow (wow, I've only just realised what your name means, I've always read it as hostnow) Could you order another Kimsufi in France and leave the BHS order pending for setup. If after too long it doesn't get setup request a refund on the BHS order?

I'd rather select BHS, because the route from France to asia is slow, but because the mistake of Kimsufi, the staff said he can't keep the order of BHS for me anymore, I have only two choices, one is refund, another one is change to France
Log into the panel and you're taken to one of your servers. On the right is a 'Real time monitoring' box, click 'See'.
Ah, I see. Could you use the box for backups? The server is a smashing deal for anything. If not, request a refund.
yep, then I'll select france to see if I'm lucky, once I got it, I'll check the cpu first, if N2800, I'll use it as backup server, if D425, I'll request a refund, thanks

my order of ks-1 BHS purchased in June 25 was just cancelled hours ago. they nerver give a chance to help to keep the order and move to another location. that's so unlucky..
although the staff replied again that he will help change the datacenter, but it appears my order also have been cancelled... that's too bad
They attach a "conformance testing" PDF to the email you get when the server's delivered that shows the results of hardware tests, and it includes info on the CPU you have. You don't even need to log into the CP to check. It'll look like this:

i was a smart cookie and ordered them and just left them there pending until i felt like paying.. so now im not stuck with a D452
how do you know it's a N2800?
As per my invoice.. it says clear as day
When the website displayed D425 I ordered a server in BHS and the invoice displayed N2800, I was delivered a D425 as advertised/expected.
i originally put order in when it was still n2800, and invoice says n2800.. so on technicality they have to provide an n2800
LET enjoys so much traffic from people searching kimsufi servers.
Don't count on it. If they can't fulfil your order they will simply refund.

You can't call them, they have no phone line.
the invoices of everyone are all shown as N2800, even you order a ks-1 with D425 now, just because Kimsufi haven't modified it's system, but it doesn't indicate you must be delivered a N2800
