Michael was always a pretty courteous and nice guy in his tickets. I don't think he deliberately intended for this to happen.
That being said, the downtime was annoying. It would be nice to have service credits issued but seeing as my service is $2/month, it isn't a big deal for me personally. You get what you pay for after all.
