Well, wise people learn from mistakes, as long as he accepts it, there is hope, however, the business is ruined, because it is based on trust. The trust could have been maintained by correct and timely reports on what is going on. People would have still used it for hobby projects and all, while keeping the distance to see how stable it is. That is no longer the case here, lets hope he manages to pull it off against all odds.
Bullshit, not even one VPS is up he was simply trying to pass time by giving false hope of coming up on Monday. Also, he didn't even tell the reason. This is total bullshit

poor management. That is good enough for me, I dont need to knw whether he didnt meet deadlines for paying up or was some sort of clause he didnt consider in the contract with the DC. It does not seem to be technical, so, at least on that side so far is OK.
Other than that, ok, it was a lot of BS, but playing for time when you know you cant solve the issue is not sane and I doubt he did that, it simply didnt work in the time frame he thought he can solve it. From that email i deduct he contemplates failure to solve it at all.
@Sherlock - Forward a ticket in for the refunds. I will gladly refund.

Yep, it can be permanent downtime if you dont pay your bill. What has the length of it having to do with anything?
BTW, who is not happy, request a refund while he can still provide it, nothing against him, but it does look like deadpool, my initial opinion from 4 days ago still stands.
How are you so sure that they didn't pay their bill? it can be just another bluff..
I am not sure of anything, it looks like it, so far I have been right, I said this seems to be deadpool from the first page, as I said elsewhere, I am too old in this market to not be able to read the signs. It is not a scam, he will not run with the money, actually, may even lose a lot, but it will probably not recover, so get the refunds while you can.
@Maounique - Would have to disagree. If anyone wants a refund it will be given.
