after reading the most of this here i personally wouldn't either want ricardo as customer nor MCHPhil for provider.
no offense meant at all, but I think this arguing around here isn't a win for anyone.
a simple short statement from MCH would IMHO have been enough to clarify, don't let someone provoke you ever and ever again, this seems like you really have to defend yourself for something...
