🚨 WARNING to potential buyers! Extreme shady business practices and account deletion without refund!
I purchased a 4-Core 8GB VPS from this exact sales thread. There are NO CPU usage limits mentioned anywhere in this thread or on their checkout page.
A few days later, my VPS was suspended. I received an email from their Abuse team claiming I was using "100% CPU" and demanding a "plan" to reduce it. They linked to a hidden AUP that was never explicitly agreed to during checkout.
The funniest (and saddest) part? The screenshot their own support team attached as "proof" showed a perfect flatline at EXACTLY 50% CPU usage, NOT 100%. (I was running a lightweight game server).
Here is the exact screenshot they sent me, proving their own lie:
I replied politely, pointing out that their own screenshot showed 50% (essentially 2 cores out of 4), and that suspending me for undocumented limits while lying about my usage is an unfair practice. I requested them to either restore my service or issue a full refund.
Their response? They completely DELETED my account.
No reply. No refund. Just deleted my account so I can no longer access the service I paid for, nor read my support tickets.
If you want a host that lies about your usage, hides arbitrary limits, and deletes your account the moment you point out their own contradictory evidence, go ahead and buy from them. I am opening a PayPal dispute immediately.
Hello,
We don't hide the AUP, it is listed on the main page of our website. The screenshot is post throttle, you were previously at 100%. Either way, as we put in the ticket you have been refunded and banned from the service since you did not want to take responsibility for your usage.
Hope this clears it up.
Hello,
Your billing amount is higher due to your package having 50GB instead of the 25GB allocated for 1GB plans. You were under-billed for two years.
We gave you an opportunity for a refund or migration and now five months later you claim we are scamming you after you chose the migration.
@lnx Thank you for finally showing your true colors, Adam. Let’s lay out the full truth with hard evidence:
1. The "50GB" was YOUR OWN promotional "Free Double Disk" offer on LowEndTalk!
You claimed in ticket and here:
Are you seriously telling the entire LET community that when customers participated in Linveo's official LET "reply for free double disk" promotional campaign, they were actually "under-billed for two years"?!
You offered the double resource promo on this very forum to attract buyers, honored the $15/yr recurring price for 2 years, and now you weaponize your own free promo to justify a 64% price hike and stealth conversion to monthly billing?
2. The "Arizona Discontinuation" Lie
On May 1, 2026, Linveo emailed me stating:
You forced me to relocate to Texas, where you dumped a heavily blacklisted IP on me and demanded $3 to clean it up.
Yet, looking right at your latest promotional thread on LowEndTalk (Thread #213583):
"Linveo.com - Intel KVM VPS ... Ohio - Texas - Arizona"
You are STILL actively marketing and selling Arizona location nodes to new buyers!
So you fabricated a "datacenter closure" just to disrupt grandfathered annual clients and force them onto higher monthly rates?
3. Moving the goalposts three times:
To everyone on LowEndTalk: If you received a "Free Double Resource" promo from Linveo, beware. According to Linveo, you are being "under-billed" and they will secretly convert your annual plan into a monthly price hike at renewal.
INV-2026-16626 Double bandwidth
The website says 10Gb bandwidth anyway and it seems confirmed by the tests.

FIlthy tactics, and where is the proof? why would YOUR support open a ticket showing 50% usage? if it was previously 100% why isn't that shown? is your support completely incompetent, or are you pulling these lies straight out of your ass? because I don't know a single host here that couldn't pull up the CPU usage of a VPS for last 24-hour.
CPU Consumption: All KVM VPS plans include shared CPU cores. All of our customers are able to utilize 100% of their allocated CPU for short periods of time to run backups, compile software, run benchmarks, etc. Average CPU use for a VPS customer should be no more than 25%. Using more than 25% of your allocated CPU for a period longer than 1 hour is prohibited and is grounds for suspension or termination.
HAHAHAHAHA HA HAH A HA HA HAHAHAHA
This host, dogshit.
Eh, better than SKRIME on CPU. But also more expensive
Brother I had VPS with these guys, the CPU steal is insane.
They oversell 20x i laugh because i couldnt maintain 25% for 5 minute not 1 hour
With SKRIME or Linveo? With SKRIME CPU steal was 45-50% for me when I measured
Linveo not used SKRIME yet, wouldn't give me a deal XD
Thanks for your orders, these have been completed.
[Warning] Linveo secretly killing Annual plans with a 64% stealth price hike & dumping trashed IPs
