A trusted source warned us that AnonRDP may be the next target of a seizure. To protect our clients’ data, we activated our emergency kill switch right away.

Since then we’ve been moving to new datacenters as a precaution, so that no data or infrastructure is exposed if there is ever a security issue.

The feds are known for a high win rate in convictions on their cases. They will let you fuck up for years before they decide to do something so they have a bulletproof case. Just when you think nobody is watching and you're flying under the radar they're getting ready to fuck your life up.

This. Basically, when the abuse address fails to get action, angry citizens file complaints with the government. Even as (relatively) small as copyright violation has its own government database that copyright owners can file complaints into for free when DMCA is ignored and they don't sue. Anyone hosting illegal stuff is a fool because the government has built these databases to let complaints stack up for years and then bury the owner.

There's only two endings for bulletproof hosts: they either get out while they still can, or stick around until the government comes knocking.

nothing illegal. 1st amendment. See terrorists cookbook.

If someone has the files i gladly host them public forever to piss off some more agencies. My upstream tolerates everything except CP and anti-Russian propaganda (Minsk DC)y

@Gumbus said: You have to be joking lol, virtualine all over exploit forum calling themselves the number one malware hoster, detailing how they provide you with new IPs and how they ignore police and court requests.

How does that change any of what I said? Are you under the impression that, because I said the feds are corrupt liars, I think every single person they accuse is innocent of every crime?

I'll say what I said before: I trust neither party's claims without evidence. Bulletproof hosts are known to lie because they're (often) morally-bankrupt opportunists, and feds are known to embellish or even synthesize facts. Hell, not too long ago, an email host was labeled an international terrorist organization because a few antifa used it.

The com domain has ns from fbi. A domain change wont fit that long, if the server locations are allready known.

Do you honestly think "feds" need to "synthesize facts" on someone clearly admitting for months on end to ignoring police and court requests?

Your he-said she-said argument falls flat when Virtualine quite clearly spells out exactly how they ignore any law enforcement. Someone supporting CSAM really isn't the thread to take a stand in.

    It was not about CP

It was about a series of highly criminal acts like phishing, malware, fraud, spam etc - all combined together.

cp was just used as example for providing “additional protection”

^ Case in point about how some people treat accusations as convictions.

    Damn, you are an idiot.

Seizures of websites, servers, etc are based on court orders and courts orders are based on evidence.

German and the Netherlands police don't take down anything without solid evidence.

no evidence found to support this statement. They seized Autistici/Inventati after all.

To be fair, even if we ignore the CP accusations, all the other stuff on there was also nasty shit.

Yeah this is true and surprisingly no one else picked up on this before. Why is only CSAM the only nasty thing that gets attention when the "bulletproof kevlar donning hosts" were helping distribute extremist radical paraphernalia and hosting drug markets. Somehow this doesn't seem bad enough to some of the crowd.

What is "extremist radical paraphernalia" btw?

Live check shows Cloudflare dns and domain resolved to the .st domain.
