The feds to outline a timeframe starting from January this year till, well yesterday. You can't tell me he didn't know. I'm very inclined to absolutely believe them as they do have to have something to support it.

What do they have besides just words? How do you know these reports didn’t reach the unwatched abuse inbox, and nobody bothered to email anything else?

    Damn, you are an idiot.

Seizures of websites, servers, etc are based on court orders and courts orders are based on evidence.

German and the Netherlands police don't take down anything without solid evidence.

There is nothing worse than pedofiles and the lowlife scum that support and defend them.

@forest doesn't give me any vps or hosting for free so I am not saying this for getting into his good weeb graces BUT forest didn't defend anyone here?? He has only said to the tune that everything should be investigated properly instead of convicting straight from an accusation. Technically that's how the law functions and even Americans of this 67 generation would know this from their non stop doomscrolling I imagine.

My first instinct was "ok maybe they didn't know, offering privacy hosting and monitoring for this sort of stuff is a though combination"

But from the Attorney's Office link:

Despite receiving numerous notices from law enforcement in Germany, Canada, and Australia; the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) in the United States; and even from a victim’s attorney, Virtualine continued to host Vendor 1’s services

IMO it doesn't matter if you saw the emails or not, if you facilitate online hosting services, I think it's your responsibility that the abuse email is watched for repeated notices from law enforcement of several countries about child exploitation from the same client

Otherwise just null-routing the abuse email and becoming #1 CP host would be completely legal which of course it shouldn't, I think we can all agree on this at least?

Well, he did say he immediately terminated that customer. So it's a he said, she said situation.

You're... joking, right? Germany? Regardless of whether Virtualine knew of anything, you can't be serious.

    Person A: "$person was accused of $crime."
Person B: "We should wait for evidence, since both $person and their accuser are known liars."
Person A: "How dare you support and defend $crime!"

This isn't the first time someone will jump to conclusions, and it won't be the last.

To be fair, even if we ignore the CP accusations, all the other stuff on there was also nasty shit.

Yeah, luckily no one says they shouldn't have been seized. But them police have a habbit to throw everything at them and just sees what sticks. Anonrdp's domain also seized. I am happy.

Advertising privacy vs advertising as offshore/bulletproof or on hacker forums are completely different things.

If anyone wonder what was that website: https://web.archive.org/web/20261004121441/https://virtualine.net/

It seems it was ru product, targeted mostly at eng/ru languages ("Our team supports English and Russian, with more languages available too.").

We all know the extreme bulletproof AX41-NVMe servers 😅️️

Yeah this is true and surprisingly no one else picked up on this before. Why is only CSAM the only nasty thing that gets attention when the "bulletproof kevlar donning hosts" were helping distribute extremist radical paraphernalia and hosting drug markets. Somehow this doesn't seem bad enough to some of the crowd.

The rest of the shit is mundane and boring. Basic trade. It should be very obvious why only kids is that bad.

  • You smoke whatever you need to get to sleep but I am not going to be doing business with any company that knowingly or unknowingly would engage in drug business as its certainly not mundane to me. Drug proceeds more often than not have gone towards child trafficking and organized crime so ignoring it would be deplorable. And that's just drugs, if it were terrorism or csam then I'll be sure to go a step further and leave reviews about them every place possible after reporting them to apropos channels.

You have to be joking lol, virtualine all over exploit forum calling themselves the number one malware hoster, detailing how they provide you with new IPs and how they ignore police and court requests.

I personally bet the immediately was after the warrant was served.

  • The feds are known for a high win rate in convictions on their cases. They will let you fuck up for years before they decide to do something so they have a bulletproof case. Just when you think nobody is watching and you're flying under the radar they're getting ready to fuck your life up.
