    You should really send notifications out when you plan to do these things.

    I received the email now. Luckily, I am much more mellow now, and figured this is what was happening so I am not upset.

    My server has been down previously, and I have been waiting for several days without receiving any response or meaningful update from your support team.

    Now, my server is down again due to a node upgrade, yet there is no status update, maintenance announcement, or clear information about what is happening.

    This is completely unacceptable. I understand that maintenance and upgrades may be necessary, but being left without a working server and without any communication from support is extremely frustrating.

    Ticket #RAF-249534 remains unresolved, and I expect an immediate response.

    I can confirm. My server went offline and was back up 28 minutes later.

    Hello, my VPS is still down. When i try to boot it up it says "Action Failed The VPS failed to start"

    virt1-ams.chunkserve.com refused to connect.
