You can use my third leg instead of a gun. Who knows how to rack the slide? That Iranian guy probably knows how to handle guns pretty well, so he can say Allahuu Akbar.... allah allah...

Where in Dubai? I've been with many Iranian girls there. Do you also work in Dubai? Which cabaret?

Is anyone else seeing no updates on their server status since September 30th? Mine hasn't been updated at all, and my ticket was transferred to the Billing department. How is it looking for everyone else?

Sorry you haven’t had an update, that shouldn’t happen. I will check your ticket number in a private message, and I’ll personally check where your server stands and make sure you get an answer.

Please check my ticket number. 7549184

I have several servers in data center 2. One of them went online today, and all my data from that server is there! Thanks to the team.

Is it true that the DC2 server has been restored? Has the server progress status been updating continuously on your end? Also, did you get any notification or message from VSYS when your server actually went online?

Yes, we’re restoring servers from both data centers.

Each client gets a personal message in their ticket as soon as their specific server or service has been restored.

Really wishing you good luck in the recovery.

I have a lot of compassion for the Ukrainian people. I'm half Ukrainian myself.

    Good morning everyone,
I’m very happy to finally share some good news with you all.
Last night, VSYS provided me with access to my data, and I was finally able to recover the SQL backup I had been desperately waiting for. Everything is now okay!
After 24 incredibly difficult days, I can’t even begin to describe the relief I’m feeling right now.
As many of you know, these past few weeks have been extremely stressful for me. There were moments when I genuinely believed I would never see my data again. I was frustrated, exhausted, and sometimes very critical of how the situation was being handled.
But today, I also want to give credit where it’s due.
A sincere thank you to the VSYS team, especially to everyone who worked behind the scenes to recover the servers and make our data accessible. I know the circumstances were extraordinary, and I truly appreciate the effort that ultimately made this recovery possible.
I also want to thank everyone here on LowEndTalk who supported me, replied to my messages, shared their experiences, or simply offered a few encouraging words. You helped me feel less alone during a very difficult time.
I hope that everyone who is still waiting will receive the same good news very soon. I genuinely wish that nobody has to lose their data.
I still believe that communication could have been handled better, and I hope VSYS will learn from this experience. But today, I don’t want to focus on the negative.
    Today, I’m simply grateful.
Thank you again to everyone, and I wish you all the very best. ❤️

    Good Day VSY @vsys_host

Please, I have 2 Servers and 2 Accounts with your company, and both were affected by the Russian incident. A replacement server was given to me in one of my accounts, and DATA Were promised that they will be delivered to me this week in that same account, but I haven't received any Data Since then.

    My Situation in Detail:

1: The FIRST SERVER: THIS hosts a Social Network Infrastructure (Ticket ID: #0270275). I have all my Backups and configurations because I paid for the Backup Plan with VSYS.HOST, and I was informed that my backups were safe in another country.- My main issue is that a New Replacement Server was provisioned for me on the 15th, and the invoice expires on the 18th of October; the server has not been used, and it's already expiring. My Tickets are receiving no answers regarding backup restoration onto the new server. OUR USERS HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO USE OUR APP FOR WEEKS BECAUSE OF THAT, DESPITE US HAVING NO DATA LOSS. Please, this is URGENT- there is a technical staff member familiar with our services mentioned in that ticket.

2: The SECOND Server: (TICKET ID: #6015717) A Replacement server was given to me to start rebuilding, and I already rebuilt 4 websites, but I still need more and their Data because I host a lot of customers' data on the server. I was informed that my Server survived and was being provisioned, and my data would be provided to me this week. Today is Saturday, and I have not received any DATA YET. Please, that Data is critical to our operation, and my clients are on my neck because I manage some companies' online presence. I NEED ALL THE DATA OF ALL WEBSITES ON THAT SERVER, INCLUDING THE ONES I HAVE REBUILT, BECAUSE I STILL NEED THAT OLD DATA.

Great news, you're the first person I've read about who managed to get access to their data. I hope I can access mine soon—they told me it would be between today and tomorrow. I really hope it happens so I can recover what little is left of my business.

  • Waiting at least a few days for a ticket reply seems to be the new normal now.

If you don't make a special request on this board, you might never get a response to your ticket.

It’s becoming genuinely annoying to keep reading the same generic advice over and over: “Backup, backup, backup.” Do you not know any other words? You have no idea what is being hosted on these servers, nor do you understand the technical challenges involved. We are talking about over 200 TB of data here. Before you keep repeating the same old advice, you should take the time to actually look at the situation as it stands.
And please, spare us comments like, “It’s your own fault for living in a war zone.” That, too, has been written here a thousand times already. Such finger-pointing helps no one. Those affected need understanding and objective discussion—not constant repetition and accusations.

Can say same about your whines. If you had backups, neither had to be in this situation. Thank you for your ignorance!

Backups again—it’s always the same thing. Clearly, you aren’t even reading what this is actually about. Please stop exploiting the situation for your own ends. With comments like these, you can be certain that no one is going to buy a VPS from you.

    have nice day

    Hello,

    Are there any updates?

Is there anyone here who has more than 40 servers with VSYS and has managed to get all of them back online?

I personally have more than 60 servers, and so far, only 5 have been restored.

The biggest problem is their lack of communication. They seem to have only three standard sentences that they repeat in every support ticket we open.

Two weeks ago, they assured us that everything would be back to normal within three weeks. We are now entering the third week, and there has been no significant progress or change.

What is even more frustrating is that they don't seem to understand or appreciate the difficulties we are facing with our customers and resellers.

They keep telling us that we need to wait for a response from the Sales or Billing Department.

Despite the exceptional circumstances, which clearly require teams to be available 24/7, these departments are only available during regular business hours, from Monday to Thursday.

Does this make any sense? How can a company manage an exceptional crisis of this magnitude while operating on a normal business schedule?

This is not a routine situation. This is a major crisis affecting businesses, customers, and reputations.

We urgently need clear answers, transparency, and concrete updates from your side.

How much longer are we supposed to wait without any real progress or reliable information?

In your profile, you say that you work for VSYS:

what is the name of the hosting provider you work for? Vsys

If true, then shouldn't you know whether there are any updates?
