  RackNerd & AdminBolt Giveaway!

The next 10 eligible comments (must follow below instructions) shall receive a FREE 4 GB RAM VPS in Los Angeles for 1 year. No obligation to renew, no gimmicks, no catch. Simply FREE Winners will be contacted via DM.

Winners will be eligible to receive 1 YEAR FREE AdminBolt licensing per the guidelines mentioned in the original post.

  How to enter:

  1. On a physical piece of paper, handwrite both of the following (case insensitive):

     AdminBolt is good!
     @YOUR-LET-USERNAME

Replace YOUR-LET-USERNAME with your LowEndTalk username (case insensitive). The @ symbol must appear directly before your username. For example, if your username is hosting123, write @hosting123. For clarity, AdminBolt is good! must be written with the exclamation mark at the end

  2. Take your own real photo of the handwritten paper, with both the phrase and your @ username clearly readable. IMPORTANT: The pen you used must also be visible somewhere in the photo.

  3. Upload the photo to an image hosting service (such as imgbb.com) and embed it directly in your comment in this thread.

Note: It must be handwritten on physical paper. Typed text, digital handwriting, screenshots, and AI-generated or digitally altered images will not count. Any legible handwriting is welcome - you don’t need to be an artist! Please be aware that AI-generated images will not be accepted. I reserve the right to reject entries I reasonably believe are generated, altered, or copied. Final eligibility decisions are at my sole discretion.

You’ll need to figure out how to embed your screenshot correctly on your LET post, using whichever image host or embedding method works for you. The screenshot must be visible directly in your comment when you post it (e.g. you can use the “Preview” button to check before posting to verify it works as intended) -- a plain URL or a link to an image-hosting page will not count.

Your comment must contain ONLY your own embedded photo, with no additional text or content. Posting only a link or reusing someone else’s photo will not count.

Do not edit your comment after posting; edited entries will not count!

Good luck! Winners will be contacted via DM within 24 hours.

Note: If you've already won a VPS giveaway previously at any time within this thread, you're welcome to join in again for the vibes, though your entry won't count toward another VPS win. We want to spread the love!

OMG MISSED AGAIN. This first 10 comments thing is really not practical for those who can't be at the desk throughout the day 😭

Never mind! As long as we can get more new faces to join our lineup, there will be more chances for the lottery!

Spent some time with AdminBolt on the RackNerd giveaway VPS. Short version: solid base, a few things I'd like added.

  1. Install options. It installs everything by default, which is great for a full hosting setup, but on a small plan it'd be nice to untick the mail server if you only run websites.
  2. Per-account usage. A small CPU/RAM/disk graph for each hosting account would make it easier to spot which site is eating resources.
  3. Migration. A cPanel backup import (or at least a guide for it) would probably convince a lot of people to switch.

The IP blocker and the AI crawler blocking toggle are nice extras, didn't expect those in a panel this new.

Cheers to RackNerd and AdminBolt for this one, and to dustinc for running it.

Hi everyone, a few days ago I saw a lot of invitations to the RackNerd party on X. After waiting for a few days, I finally got approved and successfully joined the LET community. Am I too late, or are there still any giveaway activities going on?

First of all, I’d like to thank RackNerd and AdminBolt for the prize. I installed AdminBolt immediately after receiving the VPS; the entire process took about half an hour. As a beginner with limited knowledge of such control panels, I consulted an AI to get a preliminary understanding of AdminBolt. My first impression upon accessing the panel was that it is very straightforward—the layout is clean and uncluttered, offering a truly "idiot-proof" user experience where you simply click the relevant button to get what you need. It is highly intuitive and simple, making it an excellent choice for managing website hosting. I plan to explore it further and share more detailed feedback later. Thanks again, and good luck to everyone!

Oh, I'm not really sure either. It actually depends on how much buzz our discussion generates. We can also share this giveaway on other platforms to hype it up even more, so that @dustinc can feel our enthusiasm.
