Never noticed APAC didnt get the 300 > 500mbit upgrade that EU / NA got a while back
Looks like it, OVH ran out of 2TB Disks, too bad.
Blessings on your good fortune
My LE-B just died today, I think it's either PSU or MB. Typically how long for ovh to replace them?
Usually they replace it pretty fast if you contact livechat, but hopefully it doesn't take too long for ya
They switched my motherboard in 26 hours, extremely surprised since last time I contacted support they were like "No."
Let's see, it's been just a few hours. Hopefully they won't notice my shiny LE-B nvme.
why the hell would they say no to it? Seems a bit weird.
My Mystery mobo died in past yr November at 17:50, I got new mobo installed at 19:30. automaticaly monitoring detected it because I didn't have time to investigate immediately.
And a few weeks ago I realised that my LE-B BIOS got password can not boot into rescue or other. They did a CMOS reset in 2 hours. At Saturday evening.
Very satisfied.
That was an unrelated ticket about them having an outage in my row and wouldn't even give me details, then suddenly my rack hadn't been affected but the server was mysteriously off during that maintenance window.
TLDR dude wouldn't even read the fucking ticket.
Thus my surprise when this was the total opposite.
"Hardware error during the re-installation of your dedicated server.
An intervention is being automatically sent to our technicians to solve this issue,
and should start a few minutes from now. You will be warned by email of its beginning and its end."
Did you contact livechat yet
Cooked what server did you try this reinstallation on
I did, the gave me no ETA, live chat + ticket
Rip
Technically "re-installation" could be physical, fingers crossed
