Looking at this is meaningless for a dedicated server; it only indicates that the gateway was restarted elsewhere to restore VPS connectivity, but the dedicated server itself was not moved there.

Reason I posted those BGP links: everything just went completely offline a moment ago, and now it's back up.

  • Greetings,

A total of 25 of my dedicated servers were affected by these attacks. Most critically, one of these servers hosted thousands of my customers and handled a continuous, real-time data stream; unfortunately, 24-hour backups are not sufficient to recover the situation.

Out of these 25 servers, I urgently need the database data from just one specific server. I am in a dire situation: my project has been offline for five days, I have been losing money daily, and today I received even worse news.

My investor has stated that if I do not get the project back online with the latest data by September 29th, they will withdraw completely, and the project will be cancelled entirely. My livelihood depends 100% on this project.

I am fully aware of the magnitude of this disaster and have expressed my readiness to provide whatever support—financial or otherwise—is within my power. However, I have yet to reach a resolution. Could you please check this ticket number?

Ive a question. What in the last 4 years made you think that hosting data in an active warzone is a smart decision?

You should have chosen Maple-Hosting, but it is too late.

  • You haven't held any promotional activities for nearly a year. Will there be any promotional events in the future?

I have been using them for over 10 years, and I hadn't experienced any uptime issues at all in the last 4 years.
Things were working fine with my backups, but the situation is now critical; since the data has been evolving in real-time recently, I need the latest data from my server.

    Provider: we were bombed

    MJJ: any deals?

  • Many people don't even know what dedicated servers are; many have over 100 TB of storage set up and talk as if they could just switch to another provider. Regarding Vsys: the fact that there has been only one update in a week is an absolute outrage—leaving customers in the lurch like this. Option A: They claim the servers were exposed to water (it feels like the servers were destroyed and are no longer usable), but they won't admit it—or rather, they are spreading chaos among customers. Option B: All other hosting providers were attacked too, but they reacted quickly and regained customer trust, whereas Vsys is handling the situation very poorly; tickets aren't being answered, and the chat isn't working at all. We just want information.

I assume the continuous real time data stream is pirated IPTV

I don't think that's really any of their business. We need information. If you want to mess around with formatting, use ChatGPT, but don't get on people's nerves.

For vsys business in Ukraine is over. They know that. There is no guarantee that new attack won’t destroy new data center or electrical / network infra. Unless they transfer whole business outside Ukraine - they are not relible provider. A very sad, but true situation.

Always knew the underground bunker datacenter from Alexhost wasn't a meme

For those looking for DMCA ignored, they're a nearby option (Moldova), but more expensive.

Very unfortunate situation here, I wish all the best to Vsys.

Sure, with a dedicated Patriot instance nearby

Their infrastructure is bad af. I also heard that they access to their customers servers for no reason or one of their employees and steal customer data or informations. lol

Part of the buildings burned down, and the remaining part was flooded with water and fire foam. What kind of restoration are you talking about? Kiev strikes every day. Be realistic.
