Crunchbits is moving services into Synteq client area
I received the following email message:
Synteq is moving billing and support to a new customer portal. Your servers, invoices, credits and tickets come with you.
{Move my account}
The link is personal to you and expires in 30 days. It takes about a minute. If you already have a Synteq portal account under this email, your legacy services will be added to it.
Important note: The "migration" is not quite a migration of services, just everything else but the services. Servers are not moved, instead one needs to recreate the cloud service at a different price, then move data as per their guide. That's what I understand, but I strongly hope I am wrong.
Maybe @crunchbits has more info on this.

but it says right in the message "your servers, invoices, .. come with you". that seems misleading. possible awesome drama ahead subscribing now.

Yeah, I did the account migration thing but holding off on the server migration for now. I'm like others, wanting more details. Especially regarding the server location. Like, if I migrate this week/weekend, will it still be in PA even though it says the location is out of stock?
