wow, a loyal customer
I have 5 vps from this company and I was getting abuse every day. I blocked the following ports on their output and now I have almost no abuse anymore.
21,22,23,25,110,135,137,138,139,143,445,465,587,993,995,1433,3306,5432,6379,27017
Depends on how much bad PR they want.
What do you run on the servers?
telegram bot vpn proxy
Correct, false abuse report. I even removed Globalping a while ago and reduced it to Snowflake, Syncthing and I2P. But anyway... I just want my money back (if possible), and I’m done here.
If you don't mind, could I see what the report is? I'd like to make sure it's not xmission again, because they told me they've completely whitelisted Tor-related ports from their reporter after some back and forth.
I’m not sure whether it’s loyalty or masochism
. But seriously, I’ve paid for a year, which doesn’t make things much better... my currently suspended VPS still has 182 days left.

And yes, it took over a month before they suspended my VPS.
Other VPS with them new (same) abuse report:

If I remember correctly there was an argument about AbuseIPDB with another provider here a while ago and someone did that.
What ended up happening? Hopefully the provider learned that a single stray SYN isn't a reason to suspend a VPS.
sorry for late reply. its all about some exotique
location - OVB (Novosibirsk - Central Russia).
i've noticed that all RU-based locations isnt visible on just.hosting site, but whole range of locations (and OVB itself) are listed on mirrored justhosting domain sites - justhost.asia and justhost.ru (same prices, same offers, same administration)
im not pretending for any reactions from topic starter nor compensation and etc.
just shared my negative experience then.
This is not about maintaining their infra safe:

Why would you tell me to just re-order?
@antonpa I totally believe you when you say, and I quote:
And the awesome copy-pastes:

@angstrom it would be good if we could get some feedback from the mod/admin team about what's been going on with this provider.
@antonpa here's the tickets about the move from Zagreb to Tirana. As usual, your support ignores anything I say in the ticket.

It's just insane to me that you just close the ticket with no option to even reply after any interaction with your support. You literally scammed me by moving my server to a different location without even telling me and you're refusing a refund, to literally account credit.
Can you also clarify since when this policy has been applied?

https://support.justhost.ru/en/support/solutions/articles/151000211327-affiliate-program hasn't changed since 2025.
I wish all your subnets in AS26383, AS398343, AS59878, AS51659, AS49392 never get mass reported in AbuseIPDB so no one sees your flawed system.
@forest literally happened what you called them for:

>it escalates once more
It's odd that they're permanently suspending you after false-positive complaint two. Meanwhile, I don't believe any of my services have fewer than 5 historical complaints.
I mean, honestly that is a pretty good mitigating factor. If that was official policy that could be relied on, I'd much rather the "punishment" for receiving false-positive reports be having to reinstall rather than actually losing money.
It would be awful if someone were to use one of the two cheap BCP38-non-compliant providers here to send a SYN over port 3306 to an xmission infrastructure IP address, spoofed from all IPs on Baxet Group's prefixes. Imagine the chaos when the system auto-suspends literally everyone. But the current (broken) system is set up to allow just that.
That's just not my point, we can't let providers do this kind of shit. Maybe if you have one or two servers with them you're fine with that solution, but I have 30+ which I'm already slowly migrating as I'm not going to deal with this shit.
Didn't take long!

I got my server suspended as well
angstrom also ignored my PM and is ignoring us here, so I guess we have to play with our wallet and with our ability to post comments and reviews.
LOL LMAO. Someone did it
Try opening a ticket with LET. That's the only way I've gotten moderator attention before. I think they ignore PMs.
@antonpa
We have suspended your Patron Provider tag until you provide satisfactory responses to the criticisms and complaints that have been raised in this thread and in your recent threads
People, if you have what you feel is a legitimate criticism or complaint of @antonpa / JUST.HOSTING, please post your criticism or complaint, trying to justify your claims
For the record, we don't ignore PMs, but sometimes, it's not immediately clear how to act on a PM. (Also, most of us are volunteers)
(Speaking for myself, I try to respond to most PMs)
@antonpa The issue is that you're not responsive. You've been repeatedly suspending our servers due to false positive complaints. In @zGato's case, you've even permanently suspended some of them, despite neither of us violating a single rule in your terms of service. The same has been happening to other people.
You have to realize that a single entry on AbuseIPDB means nothing. The one and only thing that matters is the overall score. I'm guessing the issue is that these reports are coming in from your LIR, but you should do what other reputable hosts here do and only forward them if they become excessive. Otherwise you aren't providing the services paid for.
Here is what has happened so far:
If you're going to contact us every time someone sends a spoofed SYN to a website or every time some firewall blocks us, that's fine, but you should have a human listen to our explanation and write a note for our account so that the next report of a similar type can be looked at with greater context. You should not treat each false-positive report as a violation, especially when your ToS says nothing about that. We are not spammers, your security system is just broken.
You need to be more communicative. Genuinely communicative, not just posting AI text about how you're sorry for the delay and saying that you'll only explain things through tickets. We've both been trying to get your attention through multiple threads. We've been polite and patient. We haven't opened new threads. We just ask for a real person to respond.
I understand that you're dealing with a lot of abuse. I'm sure you're looking for some way to curb that abuse. But when your loyal, long-term customers are complaining that you're falsely suspending them over and over, you should listen to them and whitelist their account. We're obviously not spammers or abusers, and you should not treat a community member with several 5-year prepaid services or a community member with 30+ services from you the same as you should treat a new customer from China paying monthly who gets 5 abuse reports within the first 24 hours.
At the end of the day, @antonpa, we're on the same team. We want to give money you for services and you want to give services for money, and both of us hate spammers and abusers. I like you and I like your service. I've been an advocate for your service and I've recommended you to people in other threads, but this lack of communication when we're receiving false abuse reports has left me feeling very uncomfortable. Were not abusers, so please stop treating us like abusers.
Appreciate the work you guys do, but you also have to understand me (or us, if someone feels the same way as me) that this has been going on for several threads with no feedback whatsoever.
At least something happened. And on the plus-side, we've all been very meticulous in documenting what has happened in the other threads, so there's plenty for @antonpa to go back and read about.
And look, all we want is for things to be made right. We're not asking for money or free stuff. All we want is:
Basically, if a false abuse report comes in from your LIR or your security system catches something that it thinks is malicious, let us give evidence that it is a false-positive, and don't suspend us no matter how many times it happens, because we are neither responsible for nor capable of avoiding false-positive reports.
As for how to do this, just annotate our accounts for your support staff to see with some message like:
And be a little more active on the forum. Without AI replies. Without cold, corporate responses. Just be a human with us from time to time, so if we have an issue, we can comfortably talk about it with you instead of feeling like we're talking to a corporate YandexGPT-flavored brick wall.
Yes, and I suspect that it's going to take a while
...? Do you want to address the issues? Same owner, different brand, same servers.
maybe better if @angstrom and @DP suspend all their accounts
Instead of smiling and treating the matter lightly, I would advise you, @antonpa, or whoever is responsible, to focus on addressing the concerns and issues your customers have raised here.
There's already more than enough in this thread alone for you to start with.
Thank you.
