wow, a loyal customer
I have 5 vps from this company and I was getting abuse every day. I blocked the following ports on their output and now I have almost no abuse anymore.
21,22,23,25,110,135,137,138,139,143,445,465,587,993,995,1433,3306,5432,6379,27017
Depends on how much bad PR they want.
What do you run on the servers?
telegram bot vpn proxy
Correct, false abuse report. I even removed Globalping a while ago and reduced it to Snowflake, Syncthing and I2P. But anyway... I just want my money back (if possible), and I’m done here.
If you don't mind, could I see what the report is? I'd like to make sure it's not xmission again, because they told me they've completely whitelisted Tor-related ports from their reporter after some back and forth.
I’m not sure whether it’s loyalty or masochism
. But seriously, I’ve paid for a year, which doesn’t make things much better... my currently suspended VPS still has 182 days left.

And yes, it took over a month before they suspended my VPS.
Other VPS with them new (same) abuse report:

If I remember correctly there was an argument about AbuseIPDB with another provider here a while ago and someone did that.
What ended up happening? Hopefully the provider learned that a single stray SYN isn't a reason to suspend a VPS.
sorry for late reply. its all about some exotique
location - OVB (Novosibirsk - Central Russia).
i've noticed that all RU-based locations isnt visible on just.hosting site, but whole range of locations (and OVB itself) are listed on mirrored justhosting domain sites - justhost.asia and justhost.ru (same prices, same offers, same administration)
im not pretending for any reactions from topic starter nor compensation and etc.
just shared my negative experience then.
This is not about maintaining their infra safe:

Why would you tell me to just re-order?
@antonpa I totally believe you when you say, and I quote:
And the awesome copy-pastes:

@angstrom it would be good if we could get some feedback from the mod/admin team about what's been going on with this provider.
@antonpa here's the tickets about the move from Zagreb to Tirana. As usual, your support ignores anything I say in the ticket.

It's just insane to me that you just close the ticket with no option to even reply after any interaction with your support. You literally scammed me by moving my server to a different location without even telling me and you're refusing a refund, to literally account credit.
Can you also clarify since when this policy has been applied?

https://support.justhost.ru/en/support/solutions/articles/151000211327-affiliate-program hasn't changed since 2025.
I wish all your subnets in AS26383, AS398343, AS59878, AS51659, AS49392 never get mass reported in AbuseIPDB so no one sees your flawed system.
@forest literally happened what you called them for:

>it escalates once more
It's odd that they're permanently suspending you after false-positive complaint two. Meanwhile, I don't believe any of my services have fewer than 5 historical complaints.
I mean, honestly that is a pretty good mitigating factor. If that was official policy that could be relied on, I'd much rather the "punishment" for receiving false-positive reports be having to reinstall rather than actually losing money.
It would be awful if someone were to use one of the two cheap BCP38-non-compliant providers here to send a SYN over port 3306 to an xmission infrastructure IP address, spoofed from all IPs on Baxet Group's prefixes. Imagine the chaos when the system auto-suspends literally everyone. But the current (broken) system is set up to allow just that.
