Dasabo clearly planned to systematically phase out users who were previously low-value or even unprofitable.
Moreover, they terminated customers before their contracts had been fulfilled, deleted their accounts and VPS hosting, and emptied the remaining funds in their accounts.

Thank you sherlock, we had no clue. I wonder what this thread is about...

This thread is about how Dasabo clearly planned to systematically phase out users who were previously low-value or even unprofitable

  • If someone was hosting something important on Dasabo, they might be able to sue for actual damages and win - no matter how much Dasabo's ToS say they're not liable, because I don't think you can write any liability shield for actual malice or gross negligence.

Get real, this is LET, nobody is suing over a few dollars.

Dude is saying that damages are not limited to what you paid Dasabo if you can prove a loss. I doubt that anyone smart enough to make money is running something that does make money on Scamsabos network, but that doesn't make them wrong.

  • DASABO has cancelled my VPS. There was no refund for the unused time (over 6 months). All because I didn't complete the KYC process. I don't want to send my personal data to those scammers.

I recommend everyone post on this TrustPilot thread; I’ve already done so.

i would totally sue if i'd ever fallen for this dasabo con.

btw how the fuck did you guys stay customers after the "oops customer service employee stole tens of thousands of dollars from some customers sorry" bs back in may?

not judging, but for real? ok i am judging.

  • @zed said: but for real?

I never leave my card connected, so nothing can be stolen.

  • every KYCed user gets milked. Everyone should know, costs for IPv4 is far over the VPS price.

I havve honestly never come across a more disgusting hosting company here (on LET promo). They got so scared of the negative feedback that they’re now resorting to sneaky tactics to get reviews removed.

  • Dasabo blocked my account the other day. I hope these bad people never get an erection!😂

  • I also got blocked and saw it in my email today. Trustpilot is a good move. A refund would be the better one. May be we can not sue one by one but if we organize ourselves it may work out. May be use some LLM to prepare the documents and we may sue. The reason is not money, the reason is to make sure no other company will ever think of doing this again. Hit me up if there are other people that are interested. It's like 7 pages of content here. I'm sure you can find a simple document of the payment if you used your bank/card and just write a few lines, your email etc.

    A class action, huh?
Did the ToS specify individual binding arbitration instead?

I bet we can use an LLM to find loopholes in their terms. If they're being disrespectful and think we are stupid we can be smart and show that we won't give up easily.

  • I think this is feasible, since Dasabo didn't offer any compensation to users who were removed from their accounts, and other merchants could follow suit.

No need to go for such a grand response. Everyone seems to think they can just sue, but when your motivation fades along with everyone else's, you'll move on. The best you can realistically do is give them a bad review and speak out.

  • Lol, lmao even I paid them for additional 2 years for my VPS in May 2026 and today they just deleted everything I had on my server, fortunately I'm making quite frequently backups so that's not a big deal but I mean c'mon how fcked up is that?! Purging existing customer with 0 prior information except "we need KYC" where the email ended up in my spam folder (I can gladly prove that!). They not only purged the customer and kept the money silently with no refund, they also simply disabled the account completely.
    That's simply unbelievable!
@Dasabo you stole my money guys!

  • "And remember, they already had one employee who started issuing fraudulent charges to people’s payment methods on file…and now they want me to upload government ID."

    Heh.

  • this cunt needs to be KYCed and banned from any form of business

  • The policies are too chaotic. KYC wasn't required when I bought it, but halfway through the term, KYC is now mandatory. This is unacceptable.

  • Since no-one is going to do shit I guess I'd suggest at least leaving a review on trustpilot or whatever if you guys could spare a minute. Bc well that's really freaking disgusting biz behaviour from @Dasabo

Every time I refresh their TrustPilot page, their score goes down a little lmao.

  • ok you convinced me to sue Dasabo leave a trustpilot review  TP will probably take it down but let's see.
