yeah, but + addressing doesn't really mask the real address like an alias does.
Everything is political though. Privacy itself is political. Politics that align with the government usually don't count as "politics", so if you avoid "political" providers that leaves you with "non-political" providers that track everything you do and build profiles on you.
...and i bet even these providers create profiles. some of them even advertise that they don't want users who hold opposing political views. and how do these political providers verify people's political views? they cant read peoples minds, after all. so that probably leaves only primitive solutions -> scanning and monitoring emails.
The same way that Codeberg detects if someone is vibecoding: don't worry, they'll tell you.
