I have been using KillerOffer for more than half a year. The windows system has always been very stable. During the remote operation, I didn't find any cpu anomalies. Perhaps it's because I haven't specifically tested it, but on a server that costs 3.6 euros per month, with 4h8g100g, Even if it explodes, I'd still praise it for being so loud.

Little update:
Backups. now it's possible to select the retention time and frequency of the automatic backups.
Console. Now all power actions of the servers has a better feedback with the actual real-time status of the server.
Billing. We have improved the billing tab to make it more user friendly and to allow navigating previous billing periods.

We have 0% CPU steal on all our nodes and locations. The only node with a very limited CPU steal is the only old NL node, which uses the EPYC 7551p, not much we can do about it, planning a replacement/upgrade of the node but will take time sadly.
On your hourly servers, is there any way we can shut down instead of turn down and pay only for storage? That would quite fit a use case I have
Shutting down a VM do not make you pay less, but on VM's you can create a backup, and restore it into a VM only when you need. Keeping a backup most of the times costs just few cents per month.
On the other hand, for Workers if you shut down a worker you do pay only the storage. (CPU Hours, RAM Hours and Bandwidth are not charged).
