I have the same problem with Chunkserve.
I paid for a VPS (PL - R9 7950X VPS 1, Invoice #8075) on September 22, 2026. The payment went through, but the server is still not activated (status: Pending). It has been 4 days.
I opened 3 support tickets (#HFM-109024, #RZI-960346, #EDV-350155) and sent messages via chat — zero response.
This is unacceptable. I am not asking for much — just activate the server or refund my money.
@Chunkserve — please respond.
UPDATE: 6 days and still nothing.

This is completely unacceptable. At this point, I consider this a fraudulent service.
@Chunkserve — if you are not going to activate the server, refund my money immediately. Otherwise, I will open a dispute with PayPal/Stripe and continue posting warnings everywhere.

I would say this is some extreme patience. But this has been prevalent for nearly 2 months. So I don't know if this is considered patience anymore.
Chunkserve problem.
"Since you are not responding to tickets and have not provided the service, I am initiating a chargeback procedure through my bank (PrivatBank) and filing a complaint with the payment system Stripe. Your promises to 'get in touch' have not been fulfilled. The matter is closed on my end."

i paid for a VPS (Xeon Standard 2, Invoice #8175) on September 28, 2026. Payment done but the server is pending. I had open a ticket but no response.

He is really slow at processing tickets. My ticket took 10 days just to get a response to recreate the VPS, and it still doesn’t work.
