I have 2 vps in chunkserve... both of them cann't be used for months.

Mine is down as well, but it's been working for months. It only went down yesterday.

Attempting to start it from the dashboard results in some error like "the action could not be completed".

I'll assume it's temporary and wait a bit. Chunkserve is slow to fix things but it seems like they do fix issues eventually.

It's low of low-end. Don't expect much. Weren't you there on the other provider's thread too?

Regardless of price or perceived tier, it's a business and you expect to receive what you pay for, $7/yr or $60/mnth.

for a $7/yr you just can't expect much. some hosts like c-servers, for example, don't even do human support for a $7/yr VPS. you want hands-on or even better - a managed VPS - you gots to look for those elsewhere.

tbf most of us arent asking for a managed server or constant support we just want our server back online in a reasonable time whenever it goes down once in a blue moon

That's fair, but this seems like a one-man operation. It's not like he's ignoring anyone, he's just swamped with things to do. If he brings your server back online in a reasonable time, someone else's will stay down.

Sometimes you get lucky and you're at the beginning of the queue, sometimes you're unlucky and find yourself at the end. Kinda shitty situation but the service is cheap at least. Don't use it for production.

I get it’s a “one man” operation which is why I said a reasonable time n not a range of time. I’ve been waiting 3 weeks now, while not ideal it is what it is there’s not much I can do about it other than poking woj occasionally.

Hey GUYS! Bought 2 VPS here - works FINE - they might be delays - i had them 3 days for first and almost the same for the second// I know that company is short on hadns. But overall 1 month I am using them - uptime 100% fast and snappy as advertised . good stuff. I'm not complying as i bought for half of market price LET VM plans! So there is it - you might get delays BUT it is compensated by the price. I'm Ok with that/
Owerall i'm a happy client! Best 35$ i spent this month! ))

I sent a ticket and didn't receive a reply for months, which scared me so much that I quickly sold my server
