    It's Chinese slang adopted from NodeSeek, a Chinese hosting forum. We use it to mean either a Chinese customer or a customer who is entitled, somewhat sketchy, dishonest, and will complain about a difference of even a few cents.

    its been 4days nothing chcked issue remains the same

    I don't think this is enough to call it fraud. A delayed VPS is a serious issue, but I'd wait for the provider's response and ask for a refund if the server isn't delivered.

    I mean... Don't get me wrong, I don't think that's a good thing, but you have to be patient and be ready to wait for a long-long time if there some issue.

    Specs is way to high for the price. And there is always the catch for cases like that. And the catch is support.

    If it just works - it's really good. But you will join long queue to resolve your issue if something arise.

    I don't want to point fingers and tell you it's your fault for not exploring topic there. It is not. But... like... did you ever had a thought why their service is so cheap?
