I'm pretty sure this is one of the accounting mistakes that @keoir already mentioned. Just open a ticket and they should correct it for you. It was mentioned over and over on DartDay that the dedicated server pricing was locked in for life. That's why they had the upgrade deals. If they charged everyone for hardware upgrades AND then jacked up the pricing that would be pretty bad.

For the most part, warehouse deals should be fixed, if you still are seeing an increase open a ticket and we will get it fixed

Old bugs still kicking us haha, but we're getting the data corrected in the DB manually to prevent this in the future

Oo we did, but a bug with how we fixed old orders during a black friday rush was under the covers hiding, code was fixed over a year ago, but just some relations were not repaired.

Should be getting fixed now and we're reviewing the 4,000 impacted services to ensure it was not a warehouse deal

I believe it's from last year's Black Friday. I don't even have a "PriceChange" tab, I just looked at the billing for each service to see what it changed to.

Shows the same for me “no price changes on your account” when I go to that link, but in the billing section of VPS it shows $11.40 renewal for my $7 BF flash deal

Same here shows “no price changes on your account” but under cloud vps it's now $17.95 (from $13.99) for DartDay 2026 - STAGE 3 - $13.99/YR VPS 3 (US-SOUTH)

My dashboard looks accurate now. All of the services that shouldn't have increased are showing the original price and the services that are eligible for the increases are giving me the option to lock in the old pricing for one additional year. Well done getting it all fixed.
