What is being called current in that mail is legacy plans that sold at $12/y and $15/y. Not the current current plans.

Monthly plans purchased with the 50% promotion always retain their discounted price from the date of purchase. Only a small number of extremely low-cost plans, such as the $2.50/month and $3.00/month plans, were converted to annual billing due to payment processing costs, while keeping their original promotional pricing.
It is important to clarify that this adjustment only applies to selected low-cost annual promotional plans, specifically the $12/year and $15/year plans
We fully understand that a price increase may not be well received, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. However, it is no longer financially sustainable for us to continue offering 1 GB and 2 GB plans at $12 per year, as the costs of hardware, colocation, power, software licensing, and infrastructure have increased significantly over the past few years.
This decision was not made lightly. Our goal is to ensure the long-term stability and reliability of our services while maintaining the quality our customers expect.
Should market conditions improve in the future, we hope to offer more competitive pricing again.

Price Increase on Recurring Dealz Hall of Predatoriness
Today's current plan will be tomorrow's legacy plan.
You are mistaken. None of our monthly promotional plans have ever had their recurring price increased.
Since we began offering promotions on LowEndTalk over four years ago, every monthly promotional plan has renewed at the exact same price. In fact, many of those plans were originally deployed on Intel Xeon E5-2690 v4 servers and have since been upgraded to AMD Ryzen 9950X infrastructure without any increase in price. Our long-term customers can confirm this.
The only promotional plans that have been modified are the $12/year annual plans, which now include upgraded 1 GB and 2 GB configurations at the same annual price.
Our 512 MB annual plans remain unchanged and continue renewing at their original price.
Likewise, the $2.50/month and $3.00/month promotional plans continue to keep their original recurring pricing. The only change was moving them to annual billing, as monthly billing is no longer economically viable due to payment gateway processing fees. The promotional price itself has never changed.
I think you should double-check whether it is correct for us to be on that list.
You qualify for this list because you increased the renewal price of a hosting plan that was advertised as recurring.

LET selling rules require listing the final recurring prices.
Since there is only one price listed, it must have been the final recurring price, not a one time price for first billing term.
The listing condition for Price Increase on Recurring Dealz Hall of Predatoriness is not restricted to monthly billing term.
