I'm interested too!
Interested
already gone and people still ask. i guess the day is over
If you open it back, I'd be interested. I have some software testing experience.
I'm an active crunch bits customer, id participate if there is still an open slot.
I'm an active crunchbits customer (currently have a storage VPS) and would also be interested in being a guinea pig if there are any open slots left. Thanks!
Plus we know Eriq is currently getting drunk and playing with fireworks which can only result in Good Things Happening™
Interested if there’s spots. Existing customer, future Easter 2025 dedi user (wink) and participated in the charity event.
Hi, I'm interested.
I'm interested if it's not too late
Y’all r gonna like what they’ve been cookin, it was late so I only got to play around with it for a bit but so far it’s very nice, I’m lookin forward to spending more time on it
After reading "good with your hands" and "PP", this thread went in a very different direction to my expectations...
Do you use AI to develop the control panel?
Was a customer, thank you for the $100
Know it's awkward, but I am a developer by trade, happy to poke around, play as a user and beyond.
Was always a crunch bits fan, and still recommend you guys to everyone GL on discovery
It looks very, very AI with AI "markings" from style, design, code style, and comments everywhere.
idk if they have used any, but it does look nice I really like the design
Baseline/core no. Existed before AI tools were remotely useful. A lot of finish/repetitive work, yes. Helped with a lot of the very final UI/UX stuff, too. Kind of stuff that probably would have dragged it out another year if not for ability to have the team iterate stuff quicker.
Just to comment on these 2:
1. 1299 Has had horrific backbone outages or issues/congestion through Chicago which seems to be where everything west of the Mississippi is routed to (and all EU-centric traffic forcibly chooses via BGP). It's been an issue all week for production work in our US-W site to the point I think we've de-preferenced/shut them. Happens a few times a year. 1299 is great when it's up, but they probably go down/have issues more than any other carrier (including Cogent--just that when it's up it is also not Cogent).
2. I won't care too much about throughput/network stuff since it's single-site TX only and as all things network very reliant on what carrier isn't broken that day, but local tests are good.
I'll add some more. I don't know the total number, but I'll definitely bring more in from this thread. I think we'll iterate first round of feedback quickly after holiday and then bring some more in from here. Feedback so far has been extremely helpful, concise, and fantastic for team to see. Very much appreciate you guys being so thorough.
@crunchbits, what's
FUMO+FAT32supposed to be?The two things that keep me rolling out of bed every morning with a smile.
LOL. Have you meet with @FAT32 this week? Or is it supposed to be next week?
Thanks buddy thought we had something I guess not
I met with him already, well before this week. @FAT32 can share the details about when (or if) I am telling the truth.
I see. He didn't mentioned it. Just strolling around SFO and whether someone want to have a "coffee" with him.
Anyway, I'm disappointed because I only received a single fumo. But, you donated a dedi to freevps which I'm using. So, I can't complain much about ... A fumo worth $48 😭😭😭😭😭😭
Did you put in your ticket or whatever specifically about # of fumos?
Hmm, no. Not before you sent me the tracking code.
Also, I add you as the recipient, Eric @crunchbits , as screenshot isn't a reliable proof.
Count me in if it's not too late, and thanks for the stable service over the past year!
@crunchbits So what do you say, will you give this @forest a chance?
(Fine fine I'll stop begging now!)
Hopefully I’m not too late — I donated in the charity thread and would love to take part if there’s still room.
I’m a seasoned web developer and would be happy to spend time testing the portal properly and provide detailed, actionable feedback.
