I'm wondering why they haven't updated (or remove) the message on their site after logging in... it's still from June 20. It still suggests that everything is under control, which seems isn't the case :( .

yea it isn't, but I also haven't seen a lot of providers be basically down for a whole month, I don't think you have either

especially those that fuckers are using hacked shit all over the world, some offer such services to others for sale and just set it on auto and forget it - so easy it is for bad elements to throw around literal 100s of terabytes of data around the internet every minute..

nobody rents a botnet for a whole month for kicks, the only way this could be like you mention is if the owner of the botnet it's using his idle time for the attack, which looking at the amount of mirai-related abuse reports for his ASN may be the case (he probably banned a botnet owner and pissed him off), this would improve with better KYC in the first place though

this must be the attackers aim - to disrupt trust and security of the customer base.

again, agreed, but the attacker didn't broke the ticketing system neither has been trolling everyone with the status page, that rep loss is on DH imo

the only good decision I've seen so far during this whole drama is stopping to post here...

    Current stats

has anyone got uptime badges for other plans that I can add to this?

  • My servers have been down for weeks, 2 tickets closed, third one just opened, still no resolution. Avoid them.

  • I purchased four VPS servers from this provider, and I would like to share my personal experience.

Unfortunately, the overall performance has been far below my expectations.

    • A very simple installation script that normally completes in less than one minute on virtually every other VPS provider consistently takes more than 10 minutes to finish on these servers.
    • Request timeouts occur very frequently, making the servers feel slow and unreliable.
    • The CPU usage often remains above 30% even when the servers are not under significant load.
    • Customer support is extremely difficult to reach, and response times are very poor. In my experience, support has been close to non-existent.

Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this provider for workloads that require stable performance or reliable customer support.

It has nothing to do with the plan alone; how I know that?

Because E-3 and E-4 (so both in the same plan) have different IP addresses. In some cases, VMs have been down due to, for example, routing issues or poor XDP filtering, which has occurred a few times over the past month.

Additionally, IPv4 becomes available again immediately after a problem is resolved, whereas IPv6 sometimes requires a restart of the interface or even a full VM restart.

We can therefore monitor all kinds of plans, but it is also important to mention the first part of the IP address for a more reliable insight.

20% and 17% uptime for last three days.
Ticket opened and without any answer
Many promises were made, but they all turned out to be a lie.

To me, it feels like my money is being stolen.
And I don't know how to get it back.

I don't know how exactly you monitor, but if it's based on ping, it's false... during the past month quite a lot of VM's could've been reached via ICMP, while some of the most important ports were filtered and when that happens a VM is just useless.

I stopped monitoring based on ping only, I monitor the most important ports like 22, 25, 80, 443 etc. and base the result (uptime) on that. And in that case the VM is more down than up.. especially when I also take globalping in concideration.

im surprised that you do manage to get some pings through

Komari does report that it checked in about 1 hour ago last. via vnc i did check as well and it did manage to reach some stuff but not the updates server for example or my entire infra

Just search LET there are quite some expierences about write speed as well... But when network is unreachable cpu performance and write speed don't matter cause you can't use the VM eventually.

I think this issue will eventually be resolved. After all, since I became a client late last autumn, it has been running relatively smoothly.

Right now, the main problem is the information vacuum... It would be much better if @DeluxHost just said something like: "We are having major issues and we won't be able to fix this for a week or two." That kind of honesty is way better than silence...

Well, it would be sensible to extend the lease for everyone by one month.

LOL... They've stated "All downtime incurred will be automatically credited to your account as compensation." In the meantime they already admitted to have an issue from 6 to 20th of June, i.e. 14 days (in fact the issues where longer, but hey, let's take what they say as a starting point). Compensation has been 7 days.

They keep on making promises, more promises and even more promises, yet they don't keep them. Trust from my side is zero.
