Please fix your ticketing system. One of my nodes has constant SSH disconnects and I'm unable to reboot from control panel. I can't open a ticket because I still have a nVME migration request open from November last year!!!, and I can't temporarily close it because your ticketing system is borked.
I haven't been able to access this node reliably for over a month now.
@DeluxHost, Care to explain why everything — VPS, support, chat, control panel — all went down at the same time? And while we're at it, why are you still charging for services you're not delivering? Because last I checked, taking money for nothing is called fraud

Again, they already know about it their whole network is under attack for about a month. Don't expect it'll work in a short period of time.

Take away their overselling cash cow, and they'd crumble in a week — though, to be fair, the trainwreck is already in full swing. Support's been dead for days, and the whole infrastructure has collectively shit the bed

Current stats
Cancelled the 4 i had, decommed vpn/monitoring/ansible/etc (everything i could from my end with the vms unresponsive), and moved on. Sad, because the black friday 1eur/yr was a fun thing to manage to grab, too... but good grief.
Come on, for 1/y you could leave it as is, somewhen DDoS attack will over. Just run i2c or tor node and forget about it for a while.
I have too many as it is, no point dealing with it. If it worked even halfway decent I'd keep it for the novelty... but at this point, nah. I'm also really not buying the ddos excuse anymore at this point, imo it doesn't really explain all their issues, but that's me.
Edit to add: I'd have given it away, @forest asked first, but they state that you lose the promo pricing if you transfer it, so that pretty much kills that too.
ok ok enough bitching about it. as most of us know and probably experienced, dedi-DDOS is not something easily thwarted. one time some shithead attacked me using long-gone IBM IPs and simultaneously made it look like i was attacking someone else, and Hetzner almost shut off my in-good-standing multi-dedi account that's never had a single issue, yet those fucks made it look so real that even Hetzner pros couldn't figure shit out, until i was able to scrape together some semblance of my innocence. some attacks are close to impossible to shut down, especially those that fuckers are using hacked shit all over the world, some offer such services to others for sale and just set it on auto and forget it - so easy it is for bad elements to throw around literal 100s of terabytes of data around the internet every minute.. yeah it sucks that in this case a lot of people suffer along the way, but this must be the attackers aim - to disrupt trust and security of the customer base. and the more you're here bitching about it - the more they are succeeding. don't help attackers get their way - stop moaning and just wait for better days.

I am forced to publicly post here because my support ticket #EPG-474852 (Invoice #25421) has been completely ignored. I have followed up and reported this critical issue multiple times over the past few days, yet I have received absolutely zero response.
My VPS on your Delux18 node is entirely broken. This is not a guest OS issue—your entire control panel backend/API for this host node is failing to respond, and every single manual boot attempt is being forcefully cancelled by your infrastructure.
Since your support team has chosen to ignore my multiple ticket updates, please have a senior administrator go check my ticket and your own host node backend logs immediately. The complete API failure logs are right there on my account. Stop ignoring paying customers and resolve this issue now.
The attacker is probably one of the many people waiting for a refund lmao 🤣
so uhh... i'll just give them another day before I start a dispute and try to get my money back, i'm starting to regret biting the bullet and risk it when everyone else was complaining
You are not the only one, and you certainly won't be the last.
Just like the rest of the hosts with all the VMs... not surprising if the host doesn't respond to the control panel when the infrastructure is under attack, firewall rules mess things up more than they help, etc.
Your message here on LET serves more as a warning to other potential customers than as something that actually results in solving problems.
Funny u mention that, I have noticed some of the delux IPs being reported during the downtime for DOS
I’m am curious what happened to the filter we had cuz it had done a pretty good job at blocking poor IPs
They're better off fixing the issue than replying to every ticket with "we're working on it", that's not helping anyone.
Let's just wait for a proper fix and a post-mortem that actually explains what happened.
The price is unbeatable anyway, especially in 2026. Keep in mind that at 18€/year, redundancy is on you.
Hot opinion: Deluxhost hasn't enough knowledge and experience running the service. Maybe the one person run company should hire some external help and reevaluate their setup and plans.
Couple of days ago I was about to say that my W VPS node seems to be working okay but it has been down for over a day now. I think even the premium nodes are not operating with all these issues. Time to move away unfortunately…
I guess/think/hope Matteo decided not to respond here anymore until things are (really) fixed; he was only contributing to frustration and anger by making statements that were not sustainable (i.e. provable wrong) and promises that weren't met.
