I made payment.
I buy vps server.
Right now i did not has money and vps server.
They stole my money, didn't they?
I didn't receive the goods, but I paid.
This is pure theft.
They did not, nah. Try to breeze and do something else, you will get your server eventually.
You did nothing, play me again and again...

Again, no timeline. No actions that you did in your list to try to change the situation.
Worthless comment. And stealing is something completely different as being slow in processing.
If I do the same as you do with your comments: you're blackmailing Chunkserve and stalking them. When you really think that your money is stolen, call the police. Or do a chargeback.

Following up on Ticket
RMR-016822.
My server has been trapped in a continuous cycle of downtime. It typically goes offline for 2 to 3 days, briefly recovers, and then crashes again.
I wonder what’s going on with their hosting? – It’s been a day now and there’s still no reply to the support tickets.
Ticket #MKT-868496 - im dont get answered
Aha, ok its just slow but i will eventually get my answer ? Because i paid and the invoice is showing as unpaid.
I request a response to my inquiry № MOU-825444
Yep. It was slow for me too, but I did get an answer.
To be honest, their hosting is very, very good. My servers are stable, with only rare and very short downtimes. But if a problem arises that requires support, I'll have to wait a very long time for a response.
again vps full down

Mdaa It used to be a good hosting service, but support hasn’t replied for three days now, and they still haven’t sorted out the problem.
It feels as though they’ve pocketed the money and run off, leaving everything in a sorry state.
This morning there was a reply in another thread, so he's still alive.
Don't think that is what happened; I just think that, because it's a one-man-show, he taken in more than he can chew.
I don’t think so; I can see right now that the server’s down and there’s absolutely no information – zero – and we can’t get in touch with customers. They could at least post a notice somewhere explaining what’s going on; they’ve just completely ignored it, that’s all.
u can give link?
My best advice is to make a ticket and try pinging them in their discord, sometimes it takes a lil bit of time but they do get it sorted eventually.
Again: it's a one-man-show. Nobody can be online 24/7 and react 24/7.
Not saying that it's how it should be that way, but it's an explanation. You are going "they've run off", I'm only explaining why you may not get a reaction straight away, website isn't mentioning an issue, etc.
And regarding that other thread: it's not difficult to look for the reactions of someone on this forum, so you do those 3 clicks yourself. If you want to see when ChunkServe reacted and to what, just look into his profile.

Word to the wise, server goes down every Friday w/o fail. Or, with fail as it were. Server is down right now. Definitely don't use this for anything that's critical. So far, this time, it's been down for 2 hours.
Have you made a ticket? I've had 100% uptime the past week.
Yes.

It's now been at least 6 hours of downtime. No response from @Chunkserve
And I shouldn't have to tag them on a forum to get a response. I have several follow ups on my ticket that are not being responded to.
My server is not accessible as well. I've been them for almost a year and there isn't much issues except a few times where the network was flaky. I've created a ticket with them waiting for their response.
Hi!
Responding to the cases at the moment. Large scale carpet bomb DDoS attack, most of it should be mitigated - continuously working on mitigating the rest.
It's been 2 months for me. I've been having this happen on a weekly basis. I haven't used it for much because of this, and I'm planning to just move the 2 (very light-weight) services I had installed off.
Still down after about 20 hours. Thankfully I had backups and I was able to move everything, but everyone should beware to not use this for anything important.
Hi,
I rpelied to you on a second thread. Are you able to let me know the server hostname/ticket #?
