Few for now. I doubt most will renew when invoices are due :)

Or not. Some people have paid so far with all the price increases. "There's a sucker born every minute" – P.T.Barnum.

A small story from my life: As a young man I once worked as a doorman at a very "in" and cool night club/disco. One evening a drunk idiot looking for a fight said something intended to insult and provoke me. My reaction "you forgot to mention that I'm also impotent". Why? Because a gentleman does not accept a challenge from a less-than-underdog *g

    Uhm…..okay

And the results suggest that I'm basically on a VDS rather than a VPS.

If lots of people ran away, the nodes are overdimensioned for the number of users and the users are not really using the VPS, then a VPS comes close (or is equal to) a VDS, yes.

Few things. Yes we run esxi 8 enterprise plus, with vcenter and vSAN and multiple other licenses. Full maintenance agreement until 12/31/2030. Interesting fact, they have esxi8 set to be eol like 10/28 yet our maintenance is end of 2030 so either they change that or give us esxi9 or we get a 8 figure payday. Obviously this is real licensing as you can't use trials in a cluster and they don't give you multiple.

Our 5 main DCs are fully clustered with vSAN and HA. Fully setup to provide 24/7/365 100% uptime forever. Since this is an actual enterprise fully redundant deployment we can take machines offline and anything else without any actual VM downtime.

I get you guys here aren't used to legit providers and actual quality systems. I've noticed this forum is covered with all kinds of scam hosts that are moving VMs to other locations, getting raided, shut down and everything. They have no real redundancy or BC solution, no agreements with upstream and no real solutions. Most seem to not run raid or any redundancy, which makes me wonder how they're patching and managing hardware issues. I'm betting all their hypervisors are loaded with vulnerabilities.

We've launched our backup/snapshot management as well as our vulnerability management. These are just a couple features we don't see anyone else offering. We're continuing to expand on all these resources for our customers.

It's interesting on here because the few people recently complaining their services were shut off were scammers we caught and kicked off. We have a ton of tools to ensure services from one user doesn't negatively impact any others. We ensure no one's abusing the Internet and harming others.

It's odd that theres 3-4 people constantly commenting on this forum about us while dozens are saying they have no issues and everything is running fine. It's important to remember just because someone is shouting and repeating the same thing doesn't make them right. @Saragoldfarb seems to be in love with us, constantly talking about us spreading lies yet multiple times says their VM is working perfectly fine. Iirc they didn't even pay for it. Which makes me wonder why complain if they have 100% uptime on a free VM that's being carried out to term.

To the more recent chats. Lewis sold a lot of subscriptions at a promo rate. These rates expire at renewal. We've tweaked our standard pricing a bit but haven't really raised them or anything. We're still below most others pricing while offering a ton more. No one's service is being cancelled or terminated, as long as users abide by ToS and aren't causing issues for others they're benefiting from all our new features at their promo pricing.

It's important to know that users don't have any obligations to renew services with us. Our pricing is always subject to change at renewal. We offer everything from monthly to triannual subscriptions so if you see a price you like buy it and lock it in. We send out multiple notifications and invoices of the pricing.

We have completely designed and built a console from the ground up. We also built it to integrate with the existing whmcs software to provide a seamless connection for our customers. If anyone has any issues with their console pop a ticket and we'll fix it. We continue to constantly improve our services and features on the console so it's possible to have a few glitches we're working on.

Unfortunately some of the original services in some datacenters don't fit our requirements needed to provide the level of support needed for our growth. Instead of many others who force migrating to other DCs or just kick them off, we're giving users options to migrate to the better DCs or well just keep the services as is, until we can find a solution that fits our requirements and keeps the customers happy. We've removed these products from new sales.

We're also almost finished with an entirely new portal system. This is the final step in removing whmcs completely and giving us ability to manage everything end to end. This is key for us to take everything to the next level, offering promos, contests, community and tons of resources for customers.

Also notice how there hasn't been a single complaint about out team having a poor ticket response or not fixing xyz or poor services. We have exceptional support and services. I get it might not be in the price range of some but we're a top tier provider with extremely low pricing.

I call shenanigans. You moved to VMWare as they drop support for smaller sized customers, increase prices and kill support plans and you somehow get support past EOL and not concerned about forced upgrade to 9 like the other companies who sued VMWare.so yeah, hard to imagine you got a better deal than Tesco.

It's also not hard to obtain keys from eBay or Google for lab licenses.

Tesco had the exact same issue as us. Their licensing ended 1/26 and had the option to spend 175% to extend to 2030 but didn't. We picked up this company towards the end of 2025 for the exact same reason but no real solution so spent the huge price to extend to 2030.

    @AlteredParadox

Yes exactly. Now we pushed it to 2030.

I'm not sure how or why this doesn't make sense. How much more simple can it be? All this info about VMware is public. I've been clear since day 1 about our goal and how it works.

We strive to provide the best possible service period. VMware is the best and nothing compares. This is why they keep increasing the price and kicking out small providers. We're not a small provider we're large enough to handle the licensing and certifications and everything

I was under the impression that anyone who purchased from LET was to have their services terminated or would be required to pay an extra fee even before the renewal date, whether or not they followed the TOS.

If it wasn't for that worry, I'd be happy to renew when the renewal date comes up, but as it is, I feel like no amount of HA would give me confidence that my VPS isn't going to disappear overnight.
