We need time to make sure the problem is solved, because it was three times when we thought the problem is solved, but then it returns back. For now it looks like main problem was solved, but some minor problems still here. Continue monitoring.

I received a response a week later, after I requested a refund. I was informed that the problem has now been fixed, so there will be no refund. I just didn't understand how the solution to the problem negates the fact that the server was unavailable for 2 weeks.
And now the math question. What is the percentage probability that I will renew this server after the payment deadline?
So, you can refuse the services of a company whose level of support and service you are not satisfied with. But we cannot.
Where did you request the refund? If you waited through our ticket system, it's unlikely to be denied ,except for some cases, as we won't get rich off your €10 a year of course.
Do you have a ticket ID or something I can check? I don't handle that part, but I can try to help.

There have been some delays here, but nothing that won't be fixed soon. We're just waiting for the last thing before connecting to them.

They haven't fixed anything, perhaps the attacker moved onto his next victim, they are simply celebrating without any reason and without any "new" upstream. Seems like the timezone is completely off in Italy as of recently as they (still) haven't added the upstream they promised yesterday

Port 80 on IPv6 hasn't been resolved. It's still closed.

#YYJ-043501i doesnt see any speed/connectivity problems with my UDP sessions on ipv4 at my Z server for rn. For me issue is fixed. But the main question is for how long this stability will go?
