PawPayments — licensed crypto payment gateway | conversion to USDT/USDC built in, flat 0.5%
PawPayments
Member, Patron Provider
PawPayments is licensed by FINTRAC in Canada (MSB no. C10001337) — a registered, regulated entity, not an anonymous gateway that disappears with your balance. That alone rules out most of what's out there.
What you get:
- Lower default fee, conversion included. We start at 1.8% where most start around 2% — and that already covers auto-conversion to USDT/USDC, not a base rate plus a separate conversion spread. Customer pays in any coin, your balance never rides the market.
- Customers without crypto can still pay. No coins? They buy crypto with a card right on the invoice page and complete payment — you settle in stablecoins.
- Permanent addresses. Give each client their own fixed deposit address — they top up their balance any time by sending to it, no new invoice needed. Clean fit for recurring renewals.
- Coins: BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, BNB, TON, LTC, XRP, BCH, DOGE + EVM/Tron/Solana tokens.
- Light KYC/KYB. Fast onboarding — verify and you're trading, no weeks of paperwork.
- Payouts straight to your own wallets. AML screening on incoming funds.
Already on another gateway? Migration is basically free. PawPayments speaks the CoinPayments, NOWPayments and Cryptomus (Heleket) APIs — point your existing integration (WHMCS module, custom code, whatever) at our compatible endpoint, swap in a PawPayments API key, and you're live. No re-integration, no rebuilding checkout. Starting fresh? Ready WHMCS plugin (checkout + Add Funds top-up) and BillManager plugin, plus dependency-free PHP / Node / Python SDKs.

Hopefully it will make more merchants switch from the shitty BitPay, Coinbase, Coingate
and other impossible to use (without registering an account) gayways.
Can withdrawel be automated?
Yes but for withdrawals we only support BTC, USDT (TRC20) and USDC (ETH).

Biggest problem with crypto is the lack of any ongoing recurring transaction support. Too easy to forget to manually pay an invoice ._.
Honest answer: crypto has no native "pull" like card/SEPA debit, so nothing can auto-charge on a schedule — Cryptomus's "recurring" is just reminders too.
Best UX we offer: the customer keeps a prepaid balance topped up in crypto — via our top-up flow, or by sending to their permanent deposit address anytime — and renewals draw from it automatically. No manual payment each cycle, plus low-balance reminders. (On WHMCS/BillManager this just works through account credit; our plugins feed it.)
Full auto-charge is only technically possible on EVM via a one-time token approval, but the caveats — EVM-only, amounts change, allowance runs out, wallet needs tokens + gas — make it a "maybe later," not something we ship today.
That's a feature, not a problem. Clients won't be charged for services they don't need anymore. Makes you a piece of mind that no payment is ever recurring. No balance, no bs
If you "forgot" to renew your service, didn't read the reminder, you probably don't need it.
I legitimately like that I don't have to manually juggle all my VPS subscriptions, I'd never remember all of them. I want auto-renew, but I also want easy cancellation. (Imagine like Paypal or your bank's bill pay where you have a list of all your subscriptions, when they next renew, and a one-click cancel feature are pretty nice.) Plus if I'm ever on a vacation and don't check my inbox for a week or two I don't have to worry about coming back to deleted server.
If you can live a life that allows you not to check inbox for 2 weeks, pay annualy, you are
rich enough already for those annoying monthly invoices. It's peanuts
Well, I guess it's a slight improvement since you only have to remember/be present once a year, but if you have a vacation during that time then you'd still come back to a deleted server.
Also then you have all the problems of annual subscriptions on top of that (rug pulls, lost money when you leave mid-term). Though you're right about peanuts, the cost savings for annual can be a lot sometimes!
Can customers pay with PSH?
Sure and we'd auto-convert it to USDT on arrival, which is probably the safest anyone's ever held PSH 😄
KYC exists - No participation!!!
lmafo, you forget to say no paypal no deal too
Nope, I didn't forget.
Fair, and if no-KYC is a dealbreaker I totally get it. But it's the price of being FINTRAC-licensed (i.e. we can't run off with your funds), and it's one-time merchant verification only. Your customers pay the invoice with no KYC, and (as @luckypenguin pointed out above) no account either.
Are you related with Paw Patrol by any chance?
It's better but BitPay has started softly and currently they required accounts and KYC for customers.
This is why they belong to the shit list and should never be used, ever.
Completely defeats the purpose of crypto in the first place.
Your whole offer post is AI written.
Including this, dosent really inspire confidence.
This is marketing BS that will never be viable. With the same goal, it's the same as
keeping the balance with the provider. Just don't do it if you don't need to.
Keeping your crypto on some payment gateway is never a good choice.
@PawPayments Any chance of adding Blesta plugin as well?
What exactly "light KYC" means?
It indeed was. But fully reviewed by me and doesn't affect service level at all
Yep, expect within a few days or so!
We believe that our KYC process is faster and easier than those of our competitors. Try it for yourself and enjoy a 0.5% fee for three months
If a customer can pay in ETH, they can pay in USDT as well. Why do I need to complete KYC just to accept the payment, instead of taking USDT directly and avoiding the 0.5% fee (and what after three months btw?) and extra hassle?
If you just want USDT in your own wallet, you don't need us. That's a fine setup and I won't pretend otherwise.
A gateway pays off once one address stops scaling. Each invoice gets its own address and is auto-marked paid and provisioned in your billing system, instead of you matching txids by hand. Customers pay in any coin or chain without you running 15 wallets. We also screen incoming funds so you don't take tainted USDT, which is also why there's KYC: we touch the funds, a wallet doesn't.
On the promo: 0.5% is the launch rate, standard is from 1.8% (conversion included).
Let me know once you have Blesta plugin. Also any chances of offering Crypto Debit Card like Cryptomous is offering
It's actually been released and E2E tested! https://github.com/PawPayments/blesta-plugin
Regarding the crypto debit card: we have it in our roadmap but there's currently no ETA.
