    What exactly "light KYC" means?

We believe that our KYC process is faster and easier than those of our competitors.

Well, i have some bad news: KYC is either intrusive and annoying or pointless. These are all the available options.

I totally understand, but it's a requirement to be licensed gateway.

Is crypto-to-fiat processing planned? (looks like coingate)

How about https://anuscan.com/? That's at least better than holding your ID into a webcam and shit like that.

    Also, can you take XMR?

That'll still result in quite a lot of lost opportunities. Many hosts here, if not most, won't want to go with a provider that does mandatory KYC because their customers don't want that. KYC for funds that are flagged as dirty? Sure, but KYC for everyone is invasive.

We accept XMR, but for payouts, we only do BTC, USDT on the Tron network, and USDC on the Ethereum network. KYC/KYB is only mandatory for merchants (and, of course, in the event of dirty funds being sent), but we never request it from your customers.

This will require a corresponding scanner from you. Do you have one?
We have already approved some LE merchants who we believe are not doing anything wrong without them showing their documents on camera. That's why we call our KYC process 'light'.

Yes, i do. It's used by a bunch of banks around here and it's very, very popular. People just don't like dealing with complicated apps, cameras, documents and all that. I mean, it's your system but i can pretty much guarantee that you'll lose a sizeable chunk of potential clients unless you at least support it as an alternative.

That makes more sense! I was concerned that customers would be affected as well. Vendors are less likely to care because they're already non-anonymous. It'll be good to have another XMR-supporting payment gateway competitor to Cryptomus/Heleket! You might want to be more explicit that customers (as opposed to vendors) do not have to undergo KYC.
