y bad. I am legally blind, and this site is not the best for screen readers. Please forgive me for post on wrong thread. But bottom line she is without service.
The migration was planned so it is not a unexpected downtime. It is unfortunate it takes longer than we anticipated.
In any case, this service has been running for over a year and the only downtime is due to something we planned and sent a notice about. If this is enough to make you unsatisfied with our service then there is a open offer to refund you in full as stated in the other thread.
My services all are online, DA hosting, and all vps's from a long time.
I have StorageBox (Germany), cPanel Hosting (USA and Germany), and DirectAdmin Hosting (Germany). All services are online (no downtime) ✔️

Just ordered a da germany, this time it activated rather fast compared to my previous cpanel sg. It also got ipv6 whereas cpanel sg doesn't. I think I'll keep the germany da indefinitely. Its rare for shared offer on let to have ipv6.

I would like to host 3 domain with exactly the same website on 3 hosts o if any location have downtime. (I noticed in january it went down cPanel 2 in Germany for 41 minutes so it was datacenter problem)
So it's best 1 domain root on USA 2nd in USA 3rd in Luxembourg with same Wordpress content
I tried like round robin DNS and didn't work. Or website was loading 2 minutes. Do you have any option on hardware side for failover? or loadbalance. Cloudflare allways on doesn't work it only work if you change IP but I tried on VPS I turned it down and it didn't work.
So it's best to upload same Wordpress to Softaculous backup location and import from there? as cPanel MySQL is saved in root as file manager. Or oldschool zip files and epxort throught phpMyAdmin. As many Wordpress plugins don't work or doesn't show if 100% was copied files and MySQL database.

@labze The database on the Singapore server has been down for almost 5 hours. Tickets haven't been responded to, and there's no explanation. Is the Hostbrr team down to just one person?
It's down for me as well.. Even in DA reseller panel, accounts doesnt show. Might be some auto update issue. In system information, DB shows as running, but doesnt work.
Yes, but all file can see, only database cannot access, I don't know why when the system updates they are not online

Tickets take a long time to be answered, I don't really understand why. Is it because @labze is alone in managing many servers or something else, right now the Singapore server is down, Litespeed has been down for more than 30 minutes
In Germany, everything is running ok. Tickets are responded to within a few hours. The issues with Singapore do not reflect the provider as a whole.
Are Germany servers never down? On the status page it showed downtime only for a few minutes.
I have the 2024 Valentine deal. And since I got it, the only time it went down was me missing a bill.
