I think there might have been a bit of misunderstanding here. We always try to help customers as quickly as possible no matter the issue, and in most cases support replies come in very fast (often within minutes).
If something ever seems delayed or missed, it’s usually an exception, and opening a follow-up ticket helps us catch it right away.
In your case, we’ve already refunded your account balance. We’re always happy to help if anything is unclear or if you need further assistance

Support def seems to be struggling a bit. Love my Dartnode boxes, they’ve been solid, but put in a question about an invoice last week, 8ish days before it was due, and never got a response, now I’ve had to pay it without having my question answered, which is a tad frustrating.
Interesting...I am getting emails almost everyday about IP marked as spam by spamhaus and opened a ticket recently, got the answer in maybe 10-15 mins.
Same here take them weeks to respond or they just ignore and close ticket after couple of months.
IP reputation is much more important than paying clients!
I'm kinda wondering if its just everything aside from the NOC/tech support queues getting ignored, but then maybe just don't have those, or something. I've gotten ok responses with technical stuff, but as this was a billing question I sent it to the accounting queue... apparently that was a mistake.
