    Deluxhost there is another issue. The 2 VPS I have been trying to renew the invoice got suspended today and I have been trying to renew but your cryptomus web payment had been giving error network address. Now the status of the 2 VPS had been changed to terminated while the invoice I want to pay for is still there. How I'm going to get my data back now even if I eventually successful with the invoice payment? Hope I'm going to get my data back or the VPS is gone already because I don't understand what's going again. If the VPS is gone I don't have any reason to renew the invoice

    I have already messaged cryptomus support they said there is nothing they can do about the address being flagged as dangerous wallet address. Deluxhost should reset my invoice so that it can allow me to choose another USDT network different from TON instead of this auto redirecting to TON network for payment always. I have been using BEP20 To make payments on your website without error. I just decided today to use TON because it has low payment fee compare to BEP20. Now that TON is flagged as unsafe payment address please kindly reset my invoice so that I can choose a new network address and pay the invoice

    2 of My deluxhost VPS are terminated while I still keep on receiving email notification to pay the invoice to avoid service suspension. I have been trying to pay and clear the invoice for over 12hours invoice is auto generating same single crypto TON network which my USDT paying platforms warning to be unsafe and there is no option to change to another USDT payment network. My VPS had been suspended for offer 12hours and no solution response till now. Deluxhost what's the way forward please

    It is now cleared to me somehow I think the withdraw address is different from contract address. The risk of lost fund warning is on all the USDT networks available on deluxhost cryptomus page. I think there are 2 wallets addresses generating on the deluxhost cryptomus page 1st one is deluxhost withdraw address and 2nd one is cruptomus contract address. Why are the 2 addresses different from each other only deluxhost and cryptomus can understand that. My own bone of contention now is can I go ahead and pay into the withdraw address or not. Is it safe to make payment into the withdraw address despite the difference in withdraw address and contract address warning? I need deluxhost to please confirm this before I proceed with the payment

    Deluxhost attend to my ticket please. I have to sacrifice buying a low cost monthly VPS from deluxhost just to verify the payment error warning before risking huge amount. Honestly I hate how deluxhost support not always active to help customers. Now I have paid the invoice and deluxhost has issued PAID invoice confirmation receipt but my VPSs remain unavailable showing terminated. I need deluxhost support to help me out on this terminated status but it seems the support team not always available to help until several hours or even days

    I can't find order number but i find invoice id=21874

    1 core is what I prefer.

    I have bought many VPS from delux but never join free upgrade until now

    Also please look into my newly renewed yearly VPS that remain terminated since yesterday. I have missed a lot of things since yesterday the VPS not accessible till now

    Where is this deluxhost admin? Why is everything not working on your website today. Imagine the new monthly VPS I just purchased for test

    Your server 'New .......' has been installed with a fresh copy of Ubuntu Server 20.04 LTS (Focal Fossa) and is now ready for use.

    You can access your server via SSH with the following credentials:

    Address: 96.62.X.X
    Port: 22
    User: root
    Password:xxx

    Unfortunately I couldn't SSH into the VPS at all

    Also there is no more option to set your choice Neoprotect firewall rules on deluxhost website unlike before where your enable your used port so that there won't be unnecessary firewall rule affecting smooth use of your VPS

    The Cryptomus issue will be addressed shortly, while for the connectivity issue, I always recommend contacting support and waiting for a response.

    For obvious reasons, we can't help everyone in a few hours. We're not robots, we're human. We'll be back to you shortly, that's for sure.

    Just for completeness, the Neoprotect panel is missing because they closed months ago so we have other upstreams now

    Is like you are not reading my messages full sir. I said your support ain't reply my tickets even at times days will go without replying.

    That I already fixed the crypto problem in my own way by taking the risk of purchasing small price VPS from deluxhost first before using the same crypto to pay for high subscription to know if the flagging will really lead to fund lost or not.

    That Payment of the yearly subscription invoice already made but your team terminated my VPS which just due the same day I received invoice clearance warning and trying to pay but your payment platforms lead me to take extra caution before making the payment. Your team took several hours to answer my simple confirmation question " to pay or not to pay to the flagged wallet"?. And I found solution my own way because the your support team is taking a lot hours to fix the issue or answer the question pay or not pay

    I'm still receiving notifications to pay my invoice where as VPS to pay invoice on is terminated by your team and team not responding to these termination error several hours. Why sending me messages to pay an invoice when you already terminated the VPS instead of just suspending the VPS

    Till now my VPS status still remain terminated even after your team already confirmed my payment and no single reply from team over hours till now on how to restore my VPS back.

    One single ticket of crypto address warning "you may loose fund" flagging on your crypto address over 24hrs your team ain't reply to propose solution and your website already blocked further ticket creation to update your team of my new successful payment of the crypto.

    The only place to call your attention is this forum where I discovered your VPS company and where your are always easy to contact.

    I have never mentioned here that your VPS is bad. Your VPS is very good for me over a year I have been using it but renewing my VPSs this year is totally unlike my last year experience and I was also trying to call your attention to some changes I noticed e.g NEOPROTECT firewall which enables us to set rules on each port which I cherished the most in my last year VPS experience. So what is spamming in my messages here sir

    You have released the 2 VPS unfortunately your team destroyed all my projects and data on these VPS. What a great lost! Imagine you terminated a VPS you are still sending renewal invoice notification without termination warning at all. This is bad. This is not renewal this is completely purchasing of new VPS. What a terrible experience. I am now back to square of everything on this VPS since last year? This more than 😭😭. Deluxhost team fall my hand this year totally like Chelsea! I will move on.

    The storage VPS I purchased today I can't SSH into it till now. Where as I can SSH into the newly replaced 2 VPS your team renewed for me. Why can't I SSH into the storage VPS

    Another thing I will like you to help on. How do I set firewall rule on some ports like port: 80, 443, 53 TCP and UDP to OPEN not to FILTER. If possible port 25 TCP and UDP too. This is very very important to me

    Sorry for messaging you here. I have a lot on my table too. There is no time for me to keep queueing for hours on your support tickets that most times the support will even fail to provide a solution after all the queueing. I don't always pray to have issue that requires any VPS company support attention at all but these port firewall rules are inevitable for me
