Hello, it's been a few days since I registered my ticket. Please respond to the ticket. The response process is very poor

    Ticket #XYO-266690

We've answered your ticket, please check and let us know if everything is okay :)

Excellent. If I want to get another server with the same IP range, same specifications, and same price, do you have it available?

    Hi,
The IPs are still available for that subnet and we still have a pretty good stock of server for now.

Would you happen to offer any kind of HDD storage plans, or anything with slower (but cheaper) storage?

    Hi,
Currently not, but a category for this type of service is already planned.

That's awesome! Will it be on the same node as the current servers in Italy, such that I'll be able to simply attach the additional storage to an existing VM?

I've paid the invoice according to Cryptomus, but it's been a few hours and the invoice on the billing page still says that it is unpaid. Is there something I need to be doing?

    Hi,
Unfortunately, we have problems with cryptomus. Open a ticket and indicate the TX ID, we will proceed to activate the order

Sorry for bothering you again, but the client area seems to be down. It's getting Cloudflare timeouts. I was just in the process of attaching a custom ISO for installation. Ray ID: 9cea31c9884ee50e, error reference number: 524.

Edit: It's back up for now.

    Hi,
    Try again now.

It's back down again. CF ray ID 9ceaa5fdfce211c6.

It appears it might be happening whenever I try to select a custom ISO, but I'm not sure.

I just tested it. While I was able to download ISO, I cannot add it to the boot list. However, not CF errors.

P.S. Maybe it was a lag, seems like selecting ISO is working

    Hi,
We currently do not have much availability, the Eco VPS in the Netherlands are completely full and we do not want to oversell; Then the VPS Gaming in the Netherlands has a bit of availability, but limited.

  • @XeniaHosting said: we do not want to oversell

Nice to hear that. Good luck :)

  • No IPv6? What is the fair usage? Ain't got time to open your website and read terms.

    Hi,
The Fairuse is a policy on the correct use of traffic, for basic VPS it is 10TB of traffic.
The IPv6 will be available for VPS soon.

    Hi,
Do you mean that when you try to upload the custom ISO, the customer area goes offline just for you?

You can open a ticket by attaching any errors or information, so our team can verify.

    Thank you very much

I don't believe it's just down for me when I do it. Let me try again, and I'll document what I do, as well as any errors.

Yep, it's down again. My notes:

    - settings -> vps configuration -> Add ISO
    - https://cdimage.debian.org/debian-cd/current/amd64/iso-cd/debian-13.3.0-amd64-netinst.iso
    - wait a bit for ISO to appear
    - settings -> vps configuration -> Select ISO -> debian-13.3.0-amd64-netinst.iso -> Submit
    - site goes down

Is it down for you too? Until it's back up, I can't create a ticket. The site title actually says "Banned" but the error is a Cloudflare's:

    SSL handshake failed

Cloudflare is unable to establish an SSL connection to the origin server.

        Ray ID: 9cf2ca24d83723ee
        Your IP address: 185.220.101.29
        Error reference number: 525
        Cloudflare Location: Berlin

And another try from another IP:

    A timeout occurred

The origin web server timed out responding to this request.

The likely cause is an overloaded background task, database or application, stressing the resources on the host web server.

        Ray ID: 9cf2ca7abb07656c
        Your IP address: 192.42.116.209
        Error reference number: 524
        Cloudflare Location: Amsterdam

Edit: Back up now, will create a ticket shortly.

  • VPS Eco (Italy 25G Port Unlimited) Frankly, the network was disappointing. A download speed of only ~16 Mbps is completely unimportant. In the US and Asia, there's also a significant imbalance: upload speeds are fine, but download speeds drop to 2–3 Mbps. This suggests severe shaping or overloaded uplinks.
