CloudCone deleted my VPS without any notice

I just discovered that my VPS has been deleted from my account without any prior notice, warning, or email notification.
I did not receive any suspension alert or violation message. This unexpected deletion has caused inconvenience and potential data loss.

    He deleted my vps, and I can't even see my vps.

    What you said was that the data was lost and the connection could not be made. What I said was that the panel machine was gone.

    Yes, they made a migration to their own panel after this accident. So it may lost during the process, or they're migrating.

  • I'd like to reiterate my previous response. LowendTalk's CloudCone customer service has replied to me, confirming that I haven't deleted the node and it's been online the whole time, which I don't deny. They suggested the problem might be with the backend of the new dashboard, causing the issue. However, after the last CC outage that lasted over a week, while each account received compensation, they only compensated me for the balance on one machine. Therefore, I don't understand what's wrong with their current system.
