CloudCone deleted my VPS without any notice

I just discovered that my VPS has been deleted from my account without any prior notice, warning, or email notification.
I did not receive any suspension alert or violation message. This unexpected deletion has caused inconvenience and potential data loss.

Old news. They've been hacked many weeks ago, all users' VPS deleted.
What you said was that the data was lost and the connection could not be made. What I said was that the panel machine was gone.

Yes, they made a migration to their own panel after this accident. So it may lost during the process, or they're migrating.

I'd like to reiterate my previous response. LowendTalk's CloudCone customer service has replied to me, confirming that I haven't deleted the node and it's been online the whole time, which I don't deny. They suggested the problem might be with the backend of the new dashboard, causing the issue. However, after the last CC outage that lasted over a week, while each account received compensation, they only compensated me for the balance on one machine. Therefore, I don't understand what's wrong with their current system.
